I had THE worst experience I have ever had in my life shopping at this store. Leilani, the sales associate made shopping here a nightmare. She attempted to flirt with my boyfriend (making him feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable) while I was in the dressing room, make fun of my name and it's spelling (not sure exactly how hard it is to spell "Madison" on the changing room door) to him, and once I showed him my outfit, which I felt really cute in by the way, she proceeded to make fun of my body screaming, "BBL! BBL! That girl DEFINITELY has surgery!" All while she's standing less than 12 inches from the changing room door and less than 2 feet away from my significant other and every single changing station is FULL of people. I don't have surgery and to hear someone mock my name, the way I look, and attempt to throw herself at my boyfriend was all too much! Her acne, lack of hygiene, and her outer appearance definitely correlates to her disgusting personality. I will NOT be shopping at this location again while she is still employed here and will be doing my shopping at the Hyde park location. If I could give this location zero stars I would. read more

Came in twice today! They moved locations in the mall to a much bigger location which was needed. They are right down from Dillards, next to Banana Republic on the upper level. The store gets pretty busy however they get the line moving for checkout fast. Our first visit, I had ordered the leggings online for in store pick up. Order ready within 45 minutes so we headed over. Since the line for the register was long, I found a staff member working the floor and they were able to get my order without me standing in line. I like shopping online for pickup as you can find sale items. Found two pairs for $89 each, saving $10! Second visit was because I needed to exchange the size I originally bought. Since my leggings were final sale, I called before heading over to the mall and the staff member said they could exchange them. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member asking if she could help. I told her what I was doing and looking for. She helped me find the correct size. This time I tried them on in the fitting room and the fit was soo much better. Everyone I had an interaction with that worked there was soo pleasant!! The new store is very spacious and has soo many options. Staff at the fitting room area help to keep the line flowing. read more

The store looks great, I was able to find exactly what I needed (alongside a massive variety of things that I didn't "need" but absolutely wanted lol) and the store clerks were so so friendly! I was at this Lulu Lemon on Sunday. I waited in line with many others and watched Alyssa display not only patience but kindness and grace to a customer who was impatient and rude with Alyssa. This customer did everything she could to bait Alyssa into a fight. The line of folks waiting to check out were getting frustrated and the customer did not care one bit. This is actually my first ever review... I work in retail so I know what good customer service is. Today I go in to exchange an item that were damaged. I am a loyal customer to lululemon I have been for years . The manager or assistant manager who is short and blonde literally laughed in my face and told me how I do not know how to take care of my clothes. She spent another 20 minutes harassing me and being rude. Explaining how I can't do an exchange because I have done one in the past. The customer always is right and the customer comes first. Because of how rude and disrespectful she is I will no longer be shopping at this Lululemon. They really need to step up their customer service !! read more

This is now my second horrible interaction with this store. I purchased something online and wanted to call to ensure I could exchange it in store. Valerie said they might say yes and might say no. I explained I was on my way and that it was purchased last week, and she said she couldn't speak for whoever would be at the cash register. It should be either a yes, or a no. I have the receipt, tags are still on, and it's unworn. Is this store THAT inconsistent with the training that depending on who I get, I might be able to exchange, but might not be able to?? I tried giving them a second chance from my last bad experience 2 years ago, but I'm not going to give them my business any longer. read more

I absolutely loved my experience at this Lululemon. I've been to locations all throughout the country in the past, but Justin makes this location my absolute favorite. He was like my own personal stylist and helped dress me from head-to-toe. I've never really known what types of leggings are used for what, but Justin was so knowledgeable to help me fine the most appropriate ones that made me feel really confident. He made sure everything fit well and coordinated each piece with each other, which was just what I needed. I'll be coming to this location whenever I can and looking for Justin because he is top-notch. read more

I used to work at a Lululemon and am a loyal shopper there, so I know the standards and what is expected out of the staff, and this has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in by myself and no one greeted me, even as I walked right past 3 employees. I got to the pant section and deliberately looked and felt every single style of pant after I noticed that the employee working in that section was just staring at me...and yet she did not ask me if I needed help. I went to the front and asked a question, and only then did they speak to me, but it was as if I was inconveniencing they by interrupting their conversation between each other. I NEVER write reviews on yelp, but this one was very much needed. I will never shop at this location because of how unfriendly and unprofessional their staff is. And looking at the other yelp reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one. They seriously need to step up their game and learn how to represent Lululemon and their culture as it should be. Hide your wallet! Ngoc really understood what I needed and helped me find the perfect items. Thankfully, they had most of what I needed in my size, which is rare. The one thing they didn't have in store, she helped me get it ordered in the app - also explaining the benefits of the app and how by planning ahead, I can have everything ready for me at the store. Lulu makes very high quality stuff and they're evolving the product line to get even better / closer to perfect. If it works for you, you know what I'm talking about! read more

I love this Lululemon location! The employees were super friendly, and one even noticed my old spacer LLL vest! Honestly, the employees at this location seem way less "stuck up" (sorry, Lulu!) than my previous locations in Long Island and Atlanta. I have to say that one employee, Justin, went above and BEYOND helping me find an everyday casual jacket. I originally went into the store for a define jacket in Luon but after telling Justin my needs and preferences, he recommended I order the define jacket in Luxtreme instead. Sadly LLL didn't have the luxtreme define jacket in black so I went with an another similar jacket called in profile and it is a much better jacket and material for what I need it for. I would've missed this gem if it wasn't for Justin's attention to detail and outstanding customer service. International mall is a total mess, always crowded, but i won't let that deter me from visiting this awesome location!!! Thanks LLL! read more

Ok so this store has some bad reviews and I've been here on multiple occasions. I will say some of the staff are less than helpful and not very friendly. But today I actually tried things on because I was buying a different style and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The one lady started a dressing room for me without even asking and the man who was watching the dressing rooms was nice and helpful. It is hit or miss with this store but I would say give it a shot it's in a great mall and hopefully they will improve on their staff that are lacking. If you get Jody tell her emma says hi! This Lululemon store is great. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well-stocked. I hope that keeps up after they've been open for a while! They offer a variety of free classes in partnership with studios/gyms in the area. Worst experience EVER. Loyal Lululemon customer my whole life and we are Military and have always received Military discount. My husband went there on 12/23/17 at 12pm to get me some Xmas presents and the Manager on Duty and employee refused to give him Military discount, claiming "it's not for him so they won't honor it". Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard after he spent $400+. On top of their ridiculous reasoning, the attitudes didn't help either. Very disappointed. Save yourself the trip and go to Hyde Park instead. This location has terrible customer service in general. read more

The quality is excellent that being said my background is apparel based so if it gets my seal of approval its really good. Some fabrics are a little delicate because of light weight so you just have to be a little aware. I did an extreme workout and the wicking was so good that my top showed almost no signs of sweat residue and no smell.....Amazing. read more

Save yourself some trouble and go to the one in Hyde Park. This Lululemon stinks. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and they're really not trying to help you. I went in with something I wanted to return, but I had ripped the tags off, within 24 hours of buying the item... I know this certain stores have protocols on returning items, but I feel like they were not even trying to work with me. It's disappointing that when you spend such a great deal of money on one item, that the people selling you the item really do not care if you love it or not. I have visited this store several times, and the customer service is always bad. You really are better off going to Hyde Park, even if it is additional gas, it's worth it for the better customer service. read more
