***DO NOT SHOP HERE*** Initially I thought this shop would be my swimwear salvation given all the beautiful designs. However this has turned into a complete nightmare. I bought two bikinis on my first visit. Despite them surprisingly not coming in a protective bag, I gave them each one when I got home. I wore one bikini three times, gently washing it in the sink with soap each time after use, air drying it and then popping it back in the bag. However, on the third wash I noticed the back of the bikini bottoms look about a hundred years old, with white patches and bubbling (please see pictures). I went back to the store but it was a week and a half beyond the paltry 21-day return period so I was directed to the customer service general number. I did finally get through to a real person who told me to send an email with pictures, which I immediately did. Long story short, they are categorically refusing to replace the item saying I have damaged it on a rough surface. Note I only wore the bikini in my own pool. If you cannot sit down in your own hot tub with your bikini on, for an hour each time, then what point is there to the bikini at all? I have repeatedly complained believing that there is a quality issue with this fabric (I noticed it contains Spandex which my other swimwear does not) but they will simply not accept it. Since the bottoms match the top I now have a completely useless item after owning it just 4.5 weeks and so have wasted $150, which is a lot of money to me. I don't mind paying good money for quality but clearly this is NOT it. I have not worn the second bikini yet but I'm not holding out much hope and I am nervous about wearing it at all since I clearly can't sit down in it. I am deeply upset and would only advise that you steer clear of this low quality, crappy customer service place and spend your good money elsewhere. The store was arranged beautifully. Pretty much every bathing suit was super cute! It was also easy to find a bathing suit's together with tops and bottoms of slightly different cuts all in the same place so you could pick up what you wanted to try on. The sales woman was very attentive and very quickly help me to get a fitting room. My only frustration is I am an athletic build who needs an extra large bottom. I'm not fat, just a larger build. I found that most swimsuit stores have very few bathing suit and a selection of extra large on the bottom. I would still return, simply because of the great selection and great customer service. read more

My reviews are very fair, As to my personal experiences. Beautiful store with beautiful clothing/suits... i've bought from there in the past and I've loved everything I've ever bought. My husband and I visited the store yesterday, we bought two swimsuits out of the floor that I tried on, totaling $445. When my husband went to pay for it with his bank card their system was taking a very long time, the lady tried to do it again and it seemed their system was malfunctioning. My husband offered to run his debit card as credit to see if that would work. No luck. The sales lady (Who was very helpful in finding my bathing suit's) said she was going to get her manager to look at it to see what was wrong, the system was saying (timedout). To us we knew it was on their end because we had just had lunch at the mall and had purchased clothing from Nordstrom and didn't have a problem. Where my issue comes in is the lack of professionalism from the manager, she walked up and said very rudely ' it's got to be your card, I've never seen this on our system' she made us both feel like she was looking at us like she did not think that we had the money (we were dressed very nicely so it was confusing) She made the transaction very awkward and uncomfortable, my husband decided to pull cash out of the ATM using the same card (and it allowed us to) to pay for the suits. So it was obviously The machine malfunctioning in everything but water. This won't keep us from shopping there, but we certainly both agreed that the manager needs to take classes on how to handle those situations appropriately and professionally. .. very disappointed and embarrassed on how we were treated. read more

Material girl I am today just to take the advantage for a well deserved 'Sorry' from someone. If one yard of French silk makes a noble man, this two-pieces cloth definitely serves its purpose of shaping me to be that showing off golden beach bum. For the price I paid, I received good quality, made in USA product that I will wear for a long time and the excellent service I appreciated that guarantees my return for more. I have bought suits from them for many years.  Unfortunately, I will not be buying from them again.  I understand their "return" policy but when you have a manufacturer defect after the first time the suit is worn...I believe they should exchange the merchandise. They have a great selection of items but I will never go in here again. Swim suit shopping is something that isn't comfortable for everyone. As I was flipping through the rack the women were just staring at me. One asks me if I need help finding something, I said no I'm just browsing thank you. I went to the other rack and she made it appoint to dramatically do a 180 degree turn to stare at me some more. Then I went back to a different rack and look up and she's about 2-3 feet from my face just staring again asking me if I need something. I'm sorry but the last thing I want to do is pick out a bikini for a body that I've been uncomfortable with when someone is breathing down my neck. I HAVENT EVEN PICKED ANYTHING UP OFF THE RACK AT THIS POINT. I was prepared to spend anything on something that didn't make me look terrible and I'd had it. I walked out, went to Nordstrom and bought two Becca bikinis for $350 and my service there was great. While I can understand loss prevention might be a thing, you really should try to not make people feel uncomfortable when they're shopping. I'm a pretty easy going person, but I was livid when I left this store. It would have been different if I had 8 bikinis in my hand standing near the door, but I was nowhere near the door and hadn't picked one thing up.. read more

needed a cute little swimsuit for our vacation down here and this was the only place i could find. $92 dollars for a tiny tiny top, and $98 dollars for the bottoms. super cute clothes just ridiculously priced. plus they had nothing for bigger girls. the large would have fit one of my cheeks. read more

This was my first time in this store and I was quite impressed. There was only one sales associate in the store, Marcella, but she took outstanding care of about 4 women in the store at the same time looking for a swimsuit. She was very helpful, offering to find a different style or size. I purchased along with a swim suit, a somewhat pricey coverup. Marcella made a point to let me know the price of the coverup, before ringing it up. Marcella is a great asset to the store and I will be back next time I need beach wear! read more

My husband and I were given a mini vacation to Tampa for Christmas (we live in LA) and I didn't have time to get a new suit before we left. I went here and the service was impeccable. The woman working was honest with me about what worked and didn't and was, overall, very helpful. This is a great place to go if you're an out of towner and need a great suit or cover-up. read more

Swimsuit shopping is the worst but the ladies in this shop were so helpful and knowledgeable about what brands and cuts are good for what body type. It took all of the work out of it. Their opinions were right on and I've had a lot of compliments on the items that I've purchased! read more
