THE BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!! I love this place for all my swimsuit needs, literally everything you could need in one place!

I was in need of a nice quality bikini, and came in here with so many options to choose from! Great quality bikinis and in most every style.

Saw a swimsuit I LOVED. Been calling to make sure they were open due to Covid. Been calling for days, no answer. I just drove by and the store no longer exists May be why some of you aren't getting your orders. read more

Working with Andre was a pleasure, I was planning on going to the mall but decided to stop in with my boyfriend and you have such an incredible selection to choose from. Also, His prices are very very reasonable! I would highly recommend going to the bikini boutique!!! read more

Fabulous! Found two adorable suits and Alejandra was so helpful! They had so many different colors and styles, something for everyone!

Costumer service left much to be desired. The employee at the desk said "hi" when I walked in, and gave one word answers to my questions without ever getting from the desk or looking away from her phone. The swim suit sizes aren't labeled very clearly, and many of them did not have price tags. It was very clear that no one in the store was concerned about making a sale, and that combined with the fact that it was difficult to tell what size the bathing suit to wear or how much they cost, led me to just decide to leave without trying anything on. I won't be back. read more

Unprofessional. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Ordered a swim suit online and called to confirm I would receive in time for an event I needed it for. But was disappointed when days went by and it was not on its way. Finally I texted Andre to confirm it was coming and he refunded me out of assumption that I'd order from another place but never responded or communicated any of it to me that it was done. So I waited believing the order was on its way over a week but it had been refunded without my knowing (also the refund was partial. Did not give the total back) and left me in a position to where now I wouldn't have what I needed for my event in time. This was a horrible buying experience and would advise to save your trouble and order directly from distributors for a better guarantee. read more

Love! Love! Love! This place. So many different styles to choose from. The owner actually stayed late so I could try on every bikini my little heart desired... read more

Uh, why doesn't this establishment have a 5 star rating...? ANY bikini that I have ever wanted to order online, I swear they carry. And how great is that? I get to go try them on, know which size fits me, what looks right on me and then buy it right then and there. No shipping charges, no waiting for it to come in the mail to then be disappointed because it didn't fit. ANNND if you simply check in on Facebook they give you a discount! read more

Amazing bikinis with so many different styles! Affordable and good quality. I will definitely be coming back! The customer service is amazing also very helpful. I would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for classy yet sexy bikinis read more

I found this little store online, wasn't expecting much but boy I was wrong, I'm a DD and it's hard to find tops that fit well. They had various to try on and also they told me if I needed them in other colors they could order them w no shipping costs and if they don't fit they will exchange. How did I get so lucky? Luli Fama tops are the best! read more

Beautiful swimsuits and super helpful customer service!!! I purchased a lavender one piece just what I was looking for!

Cute hidden South Tampa gem with an assortment of bikinis, coverups and beach essentials. If they don't have it, they'll order it. So many cute patterns and styles to choose from so you don't find yourself wearing the same suit as someone else. read more

I was disappointed the first time I checked this place out but it's been a year so I figured I'd give it another try. They still have the same bikinis and very limited selection on sizes. The ambience is very quiet and awkward. When I walked in, the employee had the owner on speaker cursing up a storm. Not sure why they have 4 stars.... read more

Awesome service. Friendly as can be. Girlfriend needed a bikini before we left for our cruise. Had what we needed local to the hotel

Amazing customer service and selection. It can seem a bit pricey, I paid $170 total for a top and bottom BUT they had exactly what I wanted; teeny bottoms that aren't thongs. As long as you wash them properly, they will last. I never feel pressured to buy and they let you try on everything. I love this place! read more

Absolutely love this bikini boutique! Great selections and loved the customer service! & found the perfect suit for my cruise too

Really good selection of super cute bikinis! Plus good location & lots of parking. They also let me know if they didn't have my size they would order it for me 10% off and free shipping . Definitely will be back read more

Tiny store with very similar bikinis in different patterns. Most of buying a swimsuit is about getting the right cut/fit, not about finding the most interesting pattern. And if you are bigger than a B-cup, these tiny, unsupportive triangles aren't going to cover much. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I did not receive my product for two months so when i said i didn't want it anymore because it had been over two months and had purchased something else, they wont refund me for the items they had in stock because i "canceled" the order. It took over a month for my roommate to get her product as well after many phone calls and emails and was promised to be there in three days and took another week. It "got lost" twice in the mail. I only heard back from them when i threatened to make complaints. The product received by my roommate was very CHEAP looking. read more

WOW, is all I can say!!!!! Love this boutique and Andre. He carries the latest and greatest swimwear. Tampa desperately needed a boutique like this. It gets even better, he can special order anything for you if he is out of the size or see something somewhere else, awesome!!! The Bikini Boutique is a MUST see! Thank you Andre for all of you help the other day. I'm in the with the two swim suites I purchased from you! See you soon! read more

Buyer beware- this company's customer service is basically non existent. Perhaps if you're an in store shopper you might have better luck but shopping online through their website was a nightmare. Horrible customer service followed by being childishly blocked from their social media for saying that I'd be sure to post an appropriate review if they couldn't respond to my inquiry- this was after leaving a voicemail, an email, a Facebook message, and Instagram message/comments...I was concerned that I was being scammed because I couldn't get through to anyone and no one would return messages. When someone finally did respond it was to say simply, "I'll look for your order tomorrow." And then of course I never heard back and had to waste all day trying to reach someone. Finally, I received a message and it was to inform me that my order was being canceled. When I asked why, I was told because of the "unnecessary threats" I had made and because i "expected immediate response" - lol ok if me saying I'd leave honest feedback is an unnecessary threat, I think you need to take a closer look at your customer service. (however the online cancellation receipt emailed to me said it was because the item was no longer available.) oh and one last thing- I found I'm not the only one who has online order problems but the owner deletes all comments that show any problems so the company looks legit and not shady but guess what- deleting questions, concerns, and honest feedback from being publicly seen instead of just responding honestly and professionally is indeed shady business practice. read more
