Received an email that my shirts were done without any proof or email to approve but i could pick them up at 10 am Yesterday, got there at noon and they weren't done & what was done wasn't good went over changes & where to place logo...real simple on left side above heart, NOT below boob! I call today, now a day before my event & ask if they are done, they said, "need a few more hours" i wrote the owner an email telling him of my disappointment & he called me to YELL at me...In ALL my years in business, sales & customer service have I've ever encountered such awful treatment & lack of service. Suggestion to Jeffrey Moore & staff; DO NOT over promise & NOT deliver, you under promise & deliver in a reasonable time w the quality expected. We paid at the machine and the line of cars leaving.. we have been waiting over 30 mins with no relief in site. Seems like you can pay leaving but those machines must be giving people a hard time too. Do better. Communicate with patrons and give them multiple ways to pay with machine s that work. Update: it's been over and hour.. Still waiting, apparently theirs no staff in this parking garage. We just heard from other patrons that people can't get out of the garage machines not working.

Figured NBD, I will swing by and exchange it for the next size larger. Well, today I swung by to exchange the shorts. Walked in and was greeted with "Do you have your receipt, "like the piece of paper? "I said NO, but I have my credit card receipt right here on my phone app. " They said they could not accept this? At the same time, I was assured they did not have the size I needed. I asked if I could get a store credit, and they said no. My reward for shopping local here was 2 visits, zero new clothing, and I am out $65. I'm not sure it could be any clearer that I bought these shorts here. Note to shop owners, if you plan to survive long term, the service you provide in the store is EVERYTHING.

Jelani told me that he had forgotten about me and was glad that I showed up to pick up the pants. They were the wrong length that I ordered and Jelani told me that I can get them altered with his tailor at a different location. I took the jeans and left. After a few days, I brought them back and returned them because I didn't want to have jeans altered after paying about $250 for them. About 30 minutes after I left the store I received a call from Jelani and the voicemail message is attached. Very odd call and disappointing since I've shopped there for several years. I will follow Jani's recommendation and never shop there again and I would recommend to everyone to do the same. "Hey Carlos is Jelani Martinez from Sartorio Inc.
