Of course, i did not expect that & told them by deadline. 10 days later, no communication, nothing had been done, no proof...or email sent from them. I went in & went over the order AGAIN completely w owner & he said it would be a few days, ok, I still had time. Received an email that my shirts were done without any proof or email to approve but i could pick them up at 10 am Yesterday, got there at noon and they weren't done & what was done wasn't good went over changes & where to place logo...real simple on left side above heart, NOT below boob! I call today, now a day before my event & ask if they are done, they said, "need a few more hours" i wrote the owner an email telling him of my disappointment & he called me to YELL at me...In ALL my years in business, sales & customer service have I've ever encountered such awful treatment & lack of service. Suggestion to Jeffrey Moore & staff; DO NOT over promise & NOT deliver, you under promise & deliver in a reasonable time w the quality expected. And NEVER yell or blame the customer on your lack of follow through & delivery. I wonder how they stay in business w this attitude & lack of professional behavior.

Avoid this garage for July 4th or any large event…read more Parking in was easy we found a spot on the 5th floor. Getting out was a nightmare. We were back to our car within 15 minutes after the fireworks ended and were trapped inside the garage for over 2 hours without moving. A group of us walked down to see what was causing the delay. This was the only garage completely backed up, with only about 3 cars exiting every 3 minutes. The exit feeds onto a small one-lane side street, and there was no police or traffic control to keep cars moving. Meanwhile, the garages across the street were emptying in an organized fashion. By the time we finally got out, the roads were completely clear. The exit design is terrible, and the QR code payment system only makes it worse. Having to create an account, enter your credit card and license plate, and pay as you exit is a terrible system for major events. Payment should be handled before exiting so traffic can flow freely. There are plenty of other garages nearby. I'd gladly park 5-10 minutes farther away than ever use this garage again for a holiday or major event. Save yourself the frustration and park elsewhere.

I did finally find something, I bought a pair of shorts, which could also be used as a bathing suit. I thought cool. Bought it in my normal size. Got home. I tried it on, and it was a tiny bit small. Figured NBD, I will swing by and exchange it for the next size larger. Well, today I swung by to exchange the shorts. Walked in and was greeted with "Do you have your receipt, "like the piece of paper? "I said NO, but I have my credit card receipt right here on my phone app. " They said they could not accept this? At the same time, I was assured they did not have the size I needed. I asked if I could get a store credit, and they said no. My reward for shopping local here was 2 visits, zero new clothing, and I am out $65. I'm not sure it could be any clearer that I bought these shorts here. Note to shop owners, if you plan to survive long term, the service you provide in the store is EVERYTHING.

Jelani told me that he had forgotten about me and was glad that I showed up to pick up the pants. They were the wrong length that I ordered and Jelani told me that I can get them altered with his tailor at a different location. I took the jeans and left. After a few days, I brought them back and returned them because I didn't want to have jeans altered after paying about $250 for them. About 30 minutes after I left the store I received a call from Jelani and the voicemail message is attached. Very odd call and disappointing since I've shopped there for several years. I will follow Jani's recommendation and never shop there again and I would recommend to everyone to do the same. "Hey Carlos is Jelani Martinez from Sartorio Inc.
