After confirming with UPS that a week prior they had already sent the seller the payment, I reached out to the owner and this time he hung up when I confronted him. I have been calling the store since and either no one answers or when they do and they transfer me to the owner and he hangs up, or the employee tells me that the owner is not in and he can't don't anything until the owner gets back. i have never seen a company blatantly steal from a customer like this company has. At the same time, I was assured they did not have the size I needed. I asked if I could get a store credit, and they said no.
