I should rate Old Navy at Westshore Plaza minus 3 stars. Horrible customer service. I bought four pair of jeans at over $ 148 and one of them started ripping of after I wore it once. I went back to the store and they refused to exchange them...but it gets better. The same pair of jeans continue ripping off in four different spots and the same thing happened to a pair of jeans I bought in that same location a year ago. Worst sales experience in my life. Got to the cashier at the Citrus Park store, handed over my two items to purchase. The cashier said these items are on sale, you get 50% off this item and 30% off this item and your total is $29.95, would you like to sign up for an Old Navy credit card? I said no thank you and the price in front of me, on the credit card screen went from $29.95 to $69.95. Since when do sales people actually increase the price on the screen when you decline a credit card? Why not say before the transaction, if you sign up for a store credit card you will be entitled to a discount? Its dangling a low price and then punishing a client when they decline. Im taking my purchase back tomorrow to make a point and will never shop Old Navy. Worst store clerk training I have ever seen. Probably will go out of business. read more

Inside the Westshore Plaza, this location was clean and well organized. They have all the usual items you'd expect to see from this clothing shop and of course, many different sales and offers going on when we visited. Shopped through and looked around, but we didn't end up leaving with anything this time. We didn't encounter any staff, but did see a couple of open registers for check-out. Old Navy definitely is the most like by many people. Their clothing are made to American style and widely accepted by general population. Their price of the clothing is affordable that welcome by many consumer. This is one of my wife favorites store just to shop. May be she can find something she like. It was always easy for us to visit when we have extra time before the cinema show. They very close to the cinema. It is obvious visit for close proximity. Super cheap baby clothes but super expensive mints. I was returning baby clothes to Old Navy that I got from my baby shower. The total time I spent in here was 40 minutes, which is a really long time considering all I was doing was returning clothes and getting new ones. I would say only five of those minutes was me actually finding new clothes. Basically their registers were broken so they first had a very difficult time processing the return and then they had a hard time checking me out. The clothes got me about $5 so after they had to hand write merchandise credit because their printer was breaking I ran to the back to get new clothes because I didn't want to chance coming back and the employees not believing the piece of paper I had was actual merchandise credit. They were having a major sale so I grabbed a new baby sleeper. When i got to check out I found out it was only $2.50. Crazy cheap. So I figured ok I'll grab a pack of mints to get it closer to $5, heck maybe I'd even grab two. First, the mints weren't scanning so I said ok I can switch it for a Kind Bar. The Kind Bar was $4! I thought that was a mistake. I then switched to gum. The gum was $2.50. Still crazy expensive. Finally they were able to get the mint to scan and it was $4! I checked at Publix later and found out that this was double the price of gum/mints there. I guess they are selling clothes for so inexpensive because they are marking up the price of all their candy. Seriously, think about it, a Kind Bar was more expensive than my baby sleep suit! If it wasn't for how inexpensive the baby clothes are I'd give this place two stars, but that's worth a star alone. Even with the allure of super cheap clothes I probably won't be back soon. However, as soon as my son starts growing like a weed, I'll consider doing some shopping here. read more

This store has more to offer than my Old Navy in Wesley Chapel. It is a bigger store so I would hope there are better deals. My first stop is the clearance section at the back of the store. The supply in the Clearance section can vary depending on the day or time of the year. Sometimes there are some cute styles, sometimes not. Of course that's my opinion. All in all, I think Old Navy's gone down as well as the quality. I'm not all about it like I use to. I will still go for sure for sure. One of these days, they will surprise me. read more

Whenever I am in the Westshore area, I definitely make a stop at Old Navy for essentials like pants for work or camis/tanks. Pros: I dig their prices and overall selection of affordable and fashionable clothing. They have all kinds of styles for different ages and trends from junios to womens. I like the changing rooms "quick change rooms" that are in the middle of the store so you don't have to wait in line to try on something quickly. Cons: when there aren't sales, the prices are a bit high for the quality or type of clothing (ex. $35 for yoga pants) when I know I can go to Marshalls or TK maxx for something name brand. I also wish there was an Old Navy closer to those of us who live over in the Riverview/Brandon area. read more

To my surprise, I only packed the top half of my swimsuit! I decided that since it was from Old Navy, I could find some replacement bottoms there. What I found is a cuter bathing suit, so I bought it. Warmer weather is coming and I could really use it. I also bought a pair of sporty shorts, so look out summer because here I come! read more

After a disastrous experience in south Florida (Sawgrass Mills Mall), it was refreshing to come here and have great service. Staff was friendly and helpful. They volunteered to find sizes, check to see if things were on sale, and made the experience a pleasure! Even the overwhelmed cashiers and fitting room staff greeted everyone with a smile and a thank you. Some general manager is doing something right in THIS old Navy! read more

Where are you going to come to get some $3 camisoles to wear under your "teacher clothes"? That's right...Old Navy. I spent $84 and I think 12 pieces of clothing, most of it half-price. I also was able to get a spare lightning cable for my iPhone for $4. Yay! Now I have one for my purse and one for the nightstand. I love that they offer shorts in different inseam lengths too. This Old Navy was more crammed and disorganized than most of the ones I've been to. Not sure why. Maybe they just stuffed the store extra full in anticipation of the back-to-school shoppers? Seeing as it is the only Old Navy in the area it is my favorite! Old Navy puts on some great deals and you can often find cute work clothes. I love getting their leather sandals during the summer. They are just like the J.Crew ones but half the cost. They typically have quite a bit in stock which is great because you can order online and do an instore pick up. I love this place. I received a $50 gift card for Old Navy from my Discover rewards points. So I took off to Old Navy and of course went to the clearance (cause I really don't like overpaying for anything). I got three shirts and a pair of pants and only had to pay $1 out of pocket. Can't beat that. Although even though I like the clearance racks Old Navy prices really aren't bad and it's pretty good quality. And I got a $20 off $50 or more purchase for my next visit. read more

Old navy is one of those stores I waver on. The last few times I had been at other stores, I had not been able to find anything that I liked. I took my wife here shopping though for some new clothes, and I have to say, the West Shore Mall location surprised me. They had a fairly good selection of different kinds of clothes. They had a lot of items on sale, and not only were items on sale, but they were fairly well stocked on the sale items. The store was relatively clean and neat, especially for it being the post holiday rush. There were plenty of employees around and we were approached multiple times by employees making sure we were ok. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star review was the wait at the check out line. I understand that in the post holiday rush, there will be lines, but sitting and watching the cashiers, it was obvious that the majority of the slow down was due to some of them being unable to work at a quick pace. I watched one cashier ring out 4 customers in the time it took the other to help 1. Over all though, it is a great store to shop in, especially compared to some of the other Old Navy's. read more

I've always liked shopping at Old Navy for the value and lack of general pretentiousness. Good basic cotton clothing, comfy and cheap. Plus they carry cool metal lunchboxes that make great gifts. I'm a fan of the remodel, mostly because I hated their try on room deal before. It was more work than it was worth sometimes. read more

Old Navy has seriously stepped up their fashion game as of late! I used to hate Old Navy and now I'm finding that it's one of the few stores where I can consistently find multiple things I want to take home! Their clothes are trendy, but with restraint, which I appreciate. Their jeans are a real stand out and I am so incredibly picky about jeans. This store is usually crowded maybe because it's part of the Gap/Banana Republic family but much cheaper. I usually have problems finding my size and realized that if you need petite sizes their online version offers petite and if something doesn't fit you can easily return to the store. The quality really depends on the item you are purchasing I have a few things that unless I say something it can easily pass as a more expensive item. Love old navy! They always have great sandals for cheap! They also have super cute clothes for decent prices as well! The store is split up with mens clothes on the left and women's on the right with children's in the back. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have cute jewelry for decent prices as well. The Old Navy at Westshore mall is always crowded. A lot of it has to do with the way the store is layed out. I always feel like I am in someone's way, even when standing still. On top of that, the checkout lines are really slow. If you live in St. Pete, go to Tyrone instead. read more

Shop for the boys alot here. Prices are great. They always have bargain clearances. The line is always really long but moves quickly.
