We got to talking about swimsuits & she told me that the other location, this location, has a large selection of vintage style swimsuits "mix & match" mixed bottoms & mixed tops for ladies. I love to mix & match my swimsuits. I never wear a matching set. I hate matching sets. I like to match my own sets. I have a gazillion of them, so i'm always looking for new pieces to "match" to my enormous collection. Anyhoo, she told me that this is where she goes to shop for hers as she likes to mix and match her tops & bottoms also. So, anyhoo moi went to check it out & she was absolutely correct. They have an enormous section of vintage style swimsuits. Tops, Bottoms, one pieces, all kinds of vintage style swimsuits. I actually found one of my most favorite tops, the one shoulder strap top. The Grecian toga top in white !!!! I cannot believe it !!!! What luck! Better than TjMaxx, Beals, Ross etc. There are lots of clearance racks of different things. Can't believe ive never heard of or even been here before this. Went in for just a t shirt and $250 later I got all kinds of stuff! $250 here would be like $600-700 anywhere else with all the clothes I got!. The store was impeccable with everything organized and very tidy. The service that I received was exceptional and I loved the coat. The fit was perfect. The quality is what I expected and color was exactly what I wanted. I did not do any other shopping but their inventory was tempting. I will gladly return to this store on my next trip to the area.

She explained that it would clean the upper sole part of my shoe. It did not work at all and was totally ineffective. Horrible product - please do not ever consider purchasing the soft sole shoe cleaner!!!! The worst part of this matter is that when I went to return this faulty product the store manager would not allow me to return. In this day and age, that is horrific customer service policy. What happened to the customer is always right. Unfortunately, I will never shop at this store again, and I don't recommend anyone else to. It is a new store in Old Hyde Park Village in the newly constructed building on Snow Ave. Bonobos is an on-line retailer. This location is a small brick & mortar fitting store only. They display men's pant, shirts and suits to try on for size. You then make your purchase and the order is shipped directly to you. My three shirts arrived via UPS about 3 days later. I noticed a small flaw in the collar stitching & returned it to the brick & mortar location. The replacement was promptly sent to me. You can also return items via UPS with no return shipping charge. This looks like the retail model of the future. Go to a fitting store for selection of style, color and size (no merchandise available to take home) then have your order shipped from the online warehouse to your door. Works for me.

We spent the better part of an hour trying on a range of items until the fit, style and color combinations were suitable. I'm talking like 10 different dress shirts finely tuning each evolution until everything came together. I think he used the term 'goldilocks' shirt which I totally appreciate (and concur with). Absolutely zero sales pressure and he was making both hand written and electronic notes of the items that worked (or did not work) to ensure I could place the order efficiently online or the next time I swing by the Hyde Park location. The store is two level but the second level is connected by switch back ramps. It becomes kid play ground to run around because of this set up. The fitting room below the frost switch back to best use of the space. The decorations is unique to see. It is not normal typical old navy look.
