The only thing better than their clothes is their customer service. I got my first real job out of college this summer and needed a capsule wardrobe. Happened to be walking by and thought I'd see what all the IG advertising was about. First talked to Daniel and got some sizing information but wanted to compare to their competitors before I pulled the trigger. He was extremely patient with me, got to know my preferences, and showed me a variety of options. He really spent time with me to get to know my preferences. I was incessant on 100% cotton, I'm 6' 3", 203lbs, wannabe athletic build, and inbetween their large and XL sizes. We tried on shirt after shirt til he and I found what I really wanted. I knew I'd be back but wanted to do my due diligence. I tried other stores I knew well, and a few custom tailoring shops, but the latter were a bit outside my price point. I walked out with 2 poplins, two pairs of slacks, and the unstructured navy cardigan sport coat. Just in time for my trip to a conference. The shirts are so comfortable, and the pants are softer than pajamas. I would have purchased the Don Perrignon, too, were it in stock in my size and I had the cash. On the return flight from my conference I was chatting up the guy sitting next to me who asked about my shirt. I loved the thing so much I knew he would, too, so I mistakenly gave it to him. I'm sure it'll find a good home at his house or someone he knows! I missed that shirt so much I just ran back and bought another one. read more

First, the product. Before I heard of UNTUCKit, I did not realize that these shirts were exactly what I wanted for years: a dress shirt to wear in a casual mode. In fact, purpose designed for casual wear. I am a fan. You should be, too. Check them out. Second, the store. Like many people these days, I do a lot of my shopping online. While I could easily do that with UNTUCKit (their site is very friendly), I doubt I will. With clothing, there is no substitute for the live look and feel of the product. Visit the store. Chances are, you will find a shirt you love that you didn't even know you we're looking for. You may even have the opportunity to sample that small-batch beverage you have wanted to try. Finally, the staff. What a great group of people. I have never not had fun during any of my visits. The staff has been unfailingly upbeat, helpful, and enthusiastic about the product. 252315ZJAN18 Let me begin by stating that not only are the products great, the staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and receptive to its customers. During a product mishap, which I will define as minor, the store manager without an infinite amount of explanation exchanged my product and apologized for any inconvenience that I may have incurred. Of the multiple items that I've purchase, I can state that I've had zero concerns, but it's always great to know that as a consumer you are respected, and valued. The store manager Debi GG (for OPSEC I won't spell out her full name) was phenomenal!!!! She was awesome, because of her awesomeness, I purchased additional clothing during my visit. Had a great experience here Saturday. Love the shirts and the staff was very friendly. Glenn was super helpful and even steamed the wrinkles out of my shirts as I wanted to wear one home. I also enjoyed tasting the various locally distilled whisky samples and ended up hanging out for a while talking with other store patrons and the staff. I'll be back! read more

They will also order them direct from the online store if they don't have your size/color/style. It can take a few weeks for the package to arrive, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush. My one gripe is that the company sends me coupons, but they are not allowed to be combined with any other sale and there is always a sale going on at Ann Taylor. The coupons aren't even that good!!! Last time I had a coupon for 20% off $100 worth of clothing and the cashier handed me back the coupon because everything in the store was 30% off that day. I can understand not allowing the coupon with clearance item purchases, but it seems silly that the store/company refuses to combine coupons with store sales.
