I own about a dozen Untuckit shirts. Traveling in Tampa and stopped in the Untuckit store as I wanted a couple of short sleeve shirts. Two people working in the store. A lady was putting up stock and a male was leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing except staring into space. Not a single customer in sight other than myself. No one even lifted a finger or offered a kind word. It was as if I had trespassed. After a couple of minutes I became uncomfortable and left. Made a special stop to the mall just to go to this store and try on some of their shirts. Opening hours state 10am. Someone finally showed up at 10:20 or so. Could see a couple people looking in and kept holding up one finger as to say one minute. 20 minutes went by with no attempt to talk to the folks waiting or explain why the delay. I bought a polo there for $90. I like the way it fit and wore it once. Got it laundered and it shrunk to the size that a 13 year old boy would wear. When I went back to complain I was told by a rather snooty sales associate that you aren't supposed to get the shirts dry cleaned. Which I informed him that I did t. I've seen the ads online for this product for a while now. I'm always hesitant to buy any clothing online. Mostly because it never works out. Much to my delight, I saw a new retail store located in International plaza. I was promptly greeted by Pierce. He explained the fitting process to me. I quickly found my fit and started trying on items. Pierce was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was offered some whisky while I tried everything Pierce recommended. I bought about 13 items. I've heard of this store for a while now and finally went in to buy a shirt for my boyfriend. I was a bit surprised by the price but I immediately noticed the top quality customer service and upscale environment. I felt as if I were in a private boutique or an uptown department store. I bought a couple of shirt online from Untuckit and then I went on line to look for another couple of shirts. I found they had a location at Intl Mall. I have been married for the last 27 years and needed to upgrade my wardrobe. I was so lucky to get Pierce as my sales associate. Helped me get some fantastic shirts that fit great. They also have a 10% discount for military and 15% off first order. As I was trying on the shirts and telling pierce about my situation. When I was finished trying them all on he gave me several other names of the places I should go for boots, shoes, jeans, chinos, and tennis shoes that were more appropriate than my New balanced shoes. All the great stores and at the reasonably prices but good quantity. The first nice I went out was totally different than every other time. I looked sharp and things worked out well. Not saying the other associates were not good. I had bought XL on line but after Pierce showed me how much better I looked in L I went with that size. Also all of I got on line shirts were XL so as long as you don't wash or wear their shirts you can swap out them at the store. So happy with my shopping experience and didn't intend on owning 8 of their shirts. I will definitely go back for any other dress shirt I buy. They have some polo's and sweaters, along with some shorts but I needed nice shirts at this point. I feel great in them and you can tell the difference when I go out. lot more looks. read more
