You get to enjoy some champagne and apps while shopping! What more can you ask for? Danielle and Graham are very personable and have made every single one of my shopping experiences special! I feel like they make it a point to get to know me and help me with what I'm looking for! Everyone who also know Danielle and Graham have only good things to say about them! They are such genuine people and I'm so glad I literally live across the street from them so I can pop on over any time! If you haven't been to their shop yet, please do yourself a favor and go! The store was super cute and quite busy, which I love to see! I love that they have a bar inside the store. What better things to do then drink champagne and do some shopping?! I was surprised to see that their prices, being a small boutique, were very reasonable. I did notice that only one person seemed to be working for this busy day and unfortunately I was unable to try on something that I had wanted because I couldn't reach and the line at the register was too long for me to bother her. I will definitely try to come back in before summer and see what they've got!

Absolutely horrible customer service…read more From the moment we got to the checkout, Melania was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely standoffish. We made a simple request, which she ignored, and instead of communicating with us or trying to help, she slammed the cash register shut and walked away to talk with her friends and coworkers who were also on shift. She eventually came back over and actually tried to argue with us rather than simply handling the situation professionally. To make matters worse, when returning my money, she aggressively threw it onto the table. The entire interaction was extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. If you're working with the public, you should be able to communicate respectfully and professionally, even if you're having a bad day. Her behavior was hostile, dismissive, and incredibly inappropriate for someone representing a business. I would never come back after this experience. Management should seriously address how customers are being treated because this level of service is unacceptable.

As far as he atmosphere: I feel as if I am walking into a sorority boutique when I visit. The conversations among the customers and staff leads one to believe that this is more of a neighborhood "good 'ole boys" club. I don't feel welcome when I am visiting and they should know my name by now. I give them my credit card every time and they have not once tried to learn my name. My quest for a hat started all because of going to the Yelp Cosmic Rodeo and I needed a hat, like, PRONTO--but I didn't like the lack of choices I saw at Target and Burlington's. So, what else is there to do besides now own a quality-made cowboy hat? They have a rather large selection of hats available, but knowing nothing about cowboy hats (and hats, period), I needed a little help. The nice girl at the store approached me and asked if I needed help, to which I was like, "OMG, yes PLEASE!" She helped me out in getting the right size and trying it on then took her time to talk to me about signing up for free membership. Well. How can I say no? I can't help but notice they have quite a few dresses available and they are ADORABLE. The boots looked pretty sweet too. As for price--not bad for what you get. I did a cold search online to see what a hat would cost in Amazon and in another custom shop, and it's right on point, if not slightly less. I did get a pretty basic standard hat, but it's classic and beautiful, and if I'm going to own a cowboy hat, may as well get something that would go with anything and that I'd wear again. (DEFINITELY to the next Yelp Cosmic Rodeo!)
