And then owner Carmen Barkett came to greet us in the gallery, and the space shifted in the most beautiful way. Carmen is deeply in tune with her passion and her joy, and just as intentional about making sure people feel truly good in her presence. She spent time with us walking through the gallery, sharing unique and wonderful stories about the art the artists and her journey-how she procured both buildings, stepped away for ten years, and found her way back to reopen ArtsiPhartsi. It was inspiring in a quiet, meaningful way. This past year has been challenging for me, and I didn't realize how much I needed to be in the presence of someone like Carmen until I was. After the gallery, we sat together in her whimsical garden and simply talked. No agenda. Just conversation, connection, and a sense of calm I didn't know I was missing. ArtsiPhartsi is not just an art gallery or a gift shop--it's something far more special- a true destination a respite from the crazy world around us. You may want to personalize your own tumbler. I've had excellent customer service when I call the Customer Service toll free number. They haven't hesitated to replace my defective lids in the past. I recommend you activate your product warranty when you buy a tumbler. I'll be contacting them soon to activate mine. I'm obsessed with making tea and keeping a week supply of tumblers in my refrigerator during warm weather. I just bought two more tumblers. I found one of the traditional tumblers online at NHL Shop. While I was at it I bought one of the new versions. Thank goodness they provide a video on the website because the new tumblers have a lot of features. I don't use a straw so I was glad I could convert it to a chugging bottle! I'm recommending Tervis for cold drinks. I know they can be used for hot drinks but I prefer stainless steel for those.
