This is a giant H&M, probably the biggest I have been to. They had a lot of different inventory that I don't see at the H&M stores in my home town which was cool. I ended up buying a few sweaters and shirt. read more

luis was awful not only did he argue with us he was downright rude we were just trying to make sure we didn't have tags on our clothes and needed a receipt he took the hangers off our clothes after it clearly says nothing about needing to remove the hangers he insists it's company policy so condescending i plan on not coming back as long as he works there which sucks cuz i enjoy the store clearly i spent 150+ dollars. read more

H&M at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a well managed H&M location that has good prices on cool clothing and accessories. I like the location and layout of this store as it is easy to find and has a good men's section. The staff here is very friendly and available to help. Good shopping experience here. read more

Horrible condition clothes everything just dirty - no lights on and just depressing - the store was a huge mess.

I'd been dying for H & M to come to Tampa and when it did I made a B-line over there to check out the affordable digs! My only reservation is that sometimes the styles and items don't match our current weather - hot in Florida all year round - and the prices are inconsistent...one blazer can be a steal at $29 and the other is $49 when I see no difference. It's hit or miss, but the clothes are a great deal if you are looking for basics. read more

Their advertising is great. Their recent choices to over populate the Tampa Bay area with 3 stores was a poor choice. It seems that every time I visit, which isn't very frequent the stores are overly stocked with collections that were seemingly from last year. The are inexpensive but you get what you pay for. I like the advantage of assessing current trends and moving myself to a Macy's or Dillards and incorporating quality clothes or accessories into my wardrobe that way. I understand that these particular stores are meant for 18 to 25 years olds with a limited budget and kudos to them. But their recent campaigns are geared to a higher cliental and there wasn't a shred of evidence at mu last visit. read more

I was excited to learn that the Tampa area had an H&M store. I've been a fan of the brand since visiting the Stockholm stores and make it a priority to stop by when I'm in the area. This Tampa location was conveniently located at a mall entrance but I found the store very cramped. I enjoyed the variety of items but was constantly bumped into by other customers and my purse knocked multiple items to the ground (that I tried to put back properly!). The employees were great and made this H&M stand apart from other locations around the world. Everyone I interacted with smiled and were glad to help, joking with me and being personable as they located an item or rang me up. If the store can expand or move their children's items to another part of the mall to provide a bit more room, it would be the perfect place to shop! read more

This is a great store at an even greater mall, the selection at this location is very good, the store is huge and always has sales going on. The lines can get fairly long on the weekends to buy something, I'm the type who doesn't wait in lines, way above doing such a thing, so I leave if there are more than a few people in front of me, but weekdays are generally less busy and usually no wait at all in line, what I like most is the selection of children's clothes, it can get pricey to dress little girls and at this store, its not too bad at all, the quality is great and things seem to last. Where I work I'm in scrubs 12 hours a day, so I don't have to worry about a pricey wardrobe compared to the average person, this allows me to spoil my daughter and my nieces way more than is typical, you know when your 5 year old is asking for a new Porsche 911 that you have spoiled kids Lol, but with stores like H & M she is going to get her Porsche when she's 16, thanks H & M. read more

Lines are always too long at this one. The clerk at the ladies register told people to head clear to the other side of the store because there was "no one over there at all". Then when a few of us went over there we found a line equally as long. The girl who rang up my purchases was distracted during the sale because she was taking to a male friend of hers who was "not working today, just stopping by to hang out". As a result, after I put my credit card away she then asked me to root back in my purse to find it and my ID. The fitting room was an absolute disaster zone. The girl there found a room full of hangers and suggested that I help her clean them out! I love H&M and they have great deals, but seriously, where is a responsible manager to run things a little smoother? read more

I love love love H&M. I always go there and i spend most of my money on their clothes. Most of my closet is from H&M. I usually buy online, but they never have any of their online items, which is not a problem at all for me to write this review. Today i went with my sister to shop, this nice lady who helped us at first. I wish I remember her name. After we picked our items, we waited on the line to checkout. This beautiful girl on the register, with blonde and grayish hair. I even told my sister that i loved her hair. Nevertheless, there was a lady before us. She went and paid with her credit card and the register lady was way too nice with her and greeting her and being all sweet. And when i went up to her. She didn't even say hi, or "did you find everything okay?" Which is usually what they should say. I paid with my credit card and she asked for my ID! And she stared at it for couple minutes? I mean why? And then she was like okay you're good. And when i paid and everything. She didn't even say have a good night and threw the bag at me. Is all that, because I'm not American, and I practice my religion freely? Because i thought I'm in a free country and i could do whatever i want, right? I'm never coming back, and I'm going to tell everyone about this story. And the store is not clean or neat. Everything is on top of everything. I wish i could rate -200. read more
