A few seconds later, some guy called me back, and said he saw a call from my number--he didn't even identify himself, either by name or by association with Black & Denim. I had to divine this by asking questions. He agreed to drop off a larger size of the shirt I wanted to exchange at the cafe so I could try it on, and told me he would do that the next day, and call me once it was onsite. Never heard back. Called and emailed after that, and no response. Called the cafe to see if the shirt was onsite, and they had no idea. Then, emailed again, requesting instructions for processing a return, since the exchange was not going to work out. No response.

It is a new store in Old Hyde Park Village in the newly constructed building on Snow Ave. Bonobos is an on-line retailer. This location is a small brick & mortar fitting store only. They display men's pant, shirts and suits to try on for size. You then make your purchase and the order is shipped directly to you. My three shirts arrived via UPS about 3 days later. I noticed a small flaw in the collar stitching & returned it to the brick & mortar location. The replacement was promptly sent to me. You can also return items via UPS with no return shipping charge. This looks like the retail model of the future. Go to a fitting store for selection of style, color and size (no merchandise available to take home) then have your order shipped from the online warehouse to your door. Works for me.
