NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

Disappointed at checkout yesterday because I bought socks since the rack it was on said Buy 1, get 1 50% off. The girl at the counter ended up giving me 20% off instead and then treated me like the weird one when I questioned the discount difference. Generally, 50% helps customers save more money, and I grabbed the socks because I thought that was the deal. As a paying customer, just make sure when you go shopping here, they're following the discount policy that the signs say they are. It was $3 more I could've saved, verses the $1 she gave me off, not a huge huge deal but it was disappointing and not what I thought I was paying for/getting.

Came here bc it was a record low temp outside and we needed to walk our furbaby inside. This is a good place for it and it's dog friendly inside and there were a few dogs walking with their family. Remember that show from back in the day with Fred Savage & Danica McKeller - Kevin and Winnie Cooper I believe. It's the faded periwinkle green carpeting that makes it so back in the day. It has that feel to it, but I know I've seen even more throw back malls. Happy that we can walk inside here with no issues. I don't come here often at all, and I just walk around. They have stores like Apple, Lush, Dicks, Macy's, Blind Tiger Coffee. I really can't remember many, but they had a cool area by Apple with photo OPPs. Kids were having fun playing on the swings.
