They do however have a lot of name brand items but all still high prices: Tory Burch purse over $100, Nike sneakers $35, Kate Spade cross body purse $55, coach wristlet $35 (they cost that brand new on Coach.com). Lilly Pulitzer and Lulu lemon again $25-$40 a piece. The store typically has a lot of selection but definitely more boutique pricing for used clothing.

I really hated to be one of those ones but the girls there Gracie and Jesstalyn were absolutely accommodating the entire time. I skimmed through the racks tried on a couple of good ones that were gorgeous but weren't the right fit. I then asked if I can try the one off the mannequin and...it fit like a glove! I literally felt like Pretty Woman, hold the pimpin. The dress was gorgeous; I paired it with silver and had a ball at the ball! I DEFINITELY recommend Curv Exchange. Extremely disappointing experience with Couture USA. I was VERY upfront about the condition of my…read moreLouis Vuitton bag and submitted numerous detailed photos showing the wear, including close-ups of the hardware and the hot-stamped initials. After reviewing these photos, they gave me a quote and asked me to send the bag in. Once they received it, they declined it, citing the initials that were already clearly disclosed and alleged "corner wear." When I questioned this, the representative was dismissive and told me "the wear is worse in person." I strongly disagree. This is a used luxury bag with normal signs of use, including wear to plated hardware--not a brand-new bag--and I had already made a point of documenting the wear in my photos. Even worse, their "free" shipping label does NOT include insurance, which is absurd when customers are sending luxury items worth thousands of dollars. I paid to insure the shipment myself, and when they declined the bag, they refused to cover insurance for the return. I had to pay another $65 to have my own bag safely shipped back. I ultimately lost about $120 in this process, despite being completely transparent about the bag's condition from the beginning. I understand that quotes can change after an in-person inspection, but rejecting a bag based partly on issues that were clearly disclosed before shipment is incredibly frustrating. Between the lack of insurance, unnecessary expense, and dismissive customer service, I will never sell to Couture USA again and would strongly caution others before sending them a valuable luxury item.

They unload everything and if you need your boxes, bags, or containers back, they will gladly transfer it to their own bins. I went inside just to check things out and was wowed by how much of everything they had. The store was orderly for housewares, clothing and kids toys but I didn't find the flow of the store to be easy to find that "hard to find " item. I didn't make any purchases but I assume the value was good as the store was pretty busy on a Tuesday morning. The customer service was good but they too didn't seem to know where the odds and ends would be displayed. The store also had a bit of a used item flea market smell that I noticed when walking in. The parking lot is well marked and there are plenty of parking spaces.
