This is the top consignment store to go to. Ive been a customer since they opened. I found it by accident but it quickly became my fav store and even now that I moved away I still drive 45 min to go there. I always find something there that my closet must have and it's great that I can take my older clothing there for consignment. They have everything... shoes, purses, prom/evening dresses, swimsuits, jewelry. The store is always clean and neat and last time I was there they renovated and it looks awesome and spacious. BEWARE - I was told the owner had checked the authenticity of a Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Speedy Rose bag and I paid the price for it. I decided not to keep and was told by two authenticators that the purse was not authentic, separately, without the other one knowing about the other. These two authentications costs a total of $30. I drove 188 miles total to purchase the bag and to return the bag and I asked for my mileage. They did refund ONLY the purchase price, not the two authentications and not my mileage for their fraud. So now I'm here to warn everyone this could happen to you without you realizing it. It wasn't enough that they paid back the purchase price; it would have been enough had they paid back the $30 and my mileage to make me whole. I would NEVER deal with them in the future and they understand how angry I am about this. And by the way, I think they knew because there was no one "I'm sorry this happened" or "we want you to be happy." Seemed pretty intentional that they hoped they found a sucker. read more

Savvy's is probably one of the best consignment shops I have been in. The cloths are sorted not only by size but color too. Savvys is not your ordinary consignment shop they offer a variety of name brand clothing, shoes and bags at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dressing rooms are a good size with a large mirror. They do a live video sale on Facebook and Instagram on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with great prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to find quality barely used and some new with tags clothing, shoes or bags. They carry men's clothing too. read more

This place is amazing. Every time I come in they always have a great selection of clothes and designer bags! (They even have a pretty good selection of men's items too, so my fiancé doesn't get too bored whenever we go.) The staff is always so friendly and ready to help! First time purchasing here (second time shopping). The customer service was great! They recommended pieces for me and explained ways to save even more money. They have a great selection of pieces for good prices, they even carry higher end pieces if you are looking to splurge. I don't consign so I can't comment on the procedure, but shopping is there is fun! I will say the aisles are a bit narrow for my toddlers stroller, and I wish they had more selection of men's clothing. Parking can be a bit difficult on a busy day so come early! read more

I found this place through a referral at my estate sale . I owned at the time a very large home I was selling and had hundreds of thousands of dollars in purses , shoes , clothing and fur . After going to mosh posh in south tampa and having a horrible experience . I had Shelbi the owner of Savvy come to my home help me go through all my stuff . She spent hours with me. She is extremely knowledgeable in brands considering I have high fashion designers in my closet most people didn't even know jn Tampa who they were . She has sold for me thousands of dollars in stuff . She is very honest ! I am so thankful to have found her . Her staff is very sweet . Overall it's a good place to shop. They've gotten much more organized as of recently which is great, it's a lot easier to shop around now. However, the customer service is awful. No one ever acknowledges me when I walk in. No one explains discounts or sales. They just ignore you and aren't very polite even at checkout. The employees need a lesson in how to greet customers and how to be courteous. The prices are decent and the selection is pretty good (usually with exception of items that are clearly stained and worn). I don't go often but I usually find something good when I go. I'd be a much more frequent shopper if the employees bothered to build customer relationships at all. I've gone in about 10 times after the last 6 months and I've never once had anyone say anything to me other than "thanks for shopping, here's your total" read more

The empoyees immediately were being short with me and hardly answered the questions i asked. All i was trying to ask was if i could refund some clothes my niece didn't want but then instead of answering me the cashier kept talking about their policy which made it difficult to get a solid answer from. When i stopped her to ask again but for a yes or no answer because i did not understand she first rolled her eyes, paused, and started to talk about the policy again nearly word for word. I gave up and left because i figured i could just put the clothes on my letgo instead and would probably get more money that way too. Awful. Do not bring clothes here to sell. One time I brought in a lot of stuff and made over a hundred dollars and the lady working would only give me half of what I made. The second time i brought in clothes (a LOT of nice stuff) she would not give me a dime of my own money just because it was a month or two later than the pickup range time from when I brought it in. This upset me even more because I had bought pants from there a couple months before, but I since i hadn't specifically BROUGHT in clothes in 5-6 months they refused to give me my money. Was very unpleased I consigned they are multiple times never had a problem till the last time I forgot to check the box to pick up or donate they just assumed that I would donate went to pick up my things and learned that it was donated they said they called me and left a voicemail got no missed call or voicemail I checked after the fact you would think they would hold my stuff for 48 hours to see if I was coming back before they did donate it. read more

Amazing service and great prices! Every time I come here I always find something, it's almost like a trap!! The owners are really nice and completely reasonable about pricing my items for consignment. Any time I ask why some things were not accepted while picking up they have reasonable answers (though lets face it, we can all get a little proud about our things haha). beware of buying from this store. they do not know how to authenticate bags/name brands. i bought an expensive bag there for over $300.00 on lay away and inspected, took pictures inside out. after a month i went and paid for it, inspected the bag again while in the the store, there was a huge rip inside the bag and some cigarette residue. they used and abused my bag that was on lay a way!!!!! i spoke to the lady owner and she said it was like that when i purchased it! i showed her pictures and she said its not the same bag! the serial number was the same. i asked for a refund or instore credit and she became defensive and rude and just told me, not possible because it was on lay a way??? but its not in the same condition !!!! its not a cheap purchase!!!! will never ever shop there again! plus their clothes, they just take it and display it straight to the racks! smells like arm pit! might as well buy from salvation army in that case!!! horrible store!!!!! beware!!! they are a rip off!!!! read more
