Some clothes ok price but it's crazy that a lot of the donated stuff is being sold as new. The age of side hustle here has ended. At least we still got salvation army, antique stores and Some times light house. don't buy shoes there either though. Good for other stuff like goodwill is now. Place smells like an old warehouse, it always been like this. My problem started on the way out. They got rid of their from work force and replace it with self check out. I don't even know why? Im more weirded out they even have an inventory when most their stuff is donated. So im not an asshole with stuff missing tags. I actually rather take the high road and make sure they see im not cheating the system. I told the only person in a register about it. She spoke over me and directed someone else to her. When she understood what she did she called someone. Another person showed up and they wouldn't help me. After 30 mins someone comes and takes the pants n doesn't come back for another 15mins. To do what exactly? There's no way he gonna find inventory like it. They are donated clothes. Hence my argument about why even have inventory? Comes back to tell me just scan another pair of pants. BRO i told them this same shit at the start and they wasted 45 mins of my god damn time. Moral of the story? Don't waste your time they don't understand basic costumer service. Just scan another item in your basket and move on. Nobody is really giving a damn about quality control anyways. Why should you? By all means scan the same item 3 times and enjoy your $7 bucks of whatever. This place was way better with human cash register that knew what they were doing. Provably not coming back unless my family wants to but me on my own time? No way. I got better places to go.

While it does state on their company website extra large bags and back packs have to be checked at the counter or left in your vehicle ( literally unsafe and the parking lot is not responsible for your private property within you vehicle if your "large" bag was in plain view of your vehicle) Its the manor in which the employee said "I had to do" . Clear case of its not what she said but how you said it. She literally yelled Ma'am several times across the store as I was getting a cart and I realized she was speaking with me, I turned around and asked if she was speaking to me... she proceeded to say I have to leave my bag behind the counter with her in a condescending tone. I have never snatched my bag out of a cart so fast and left an establishment. If she would have said excuse me ma'am our company has a restriction with larger bags in the store and your options are to leave it in your vehicle or check in behind the counter where a store associate will keep it locked away , then I would have understood. But thats not what she did , she deliberately allowed me to walked quite a ways into the store before rudely yelling at me instead of approaching me or asking me to come to the counter to have a conversation.. This store is pretty well staffed and includes employees making sure merchandise doesn't get sloppy. The dressing rooms can get a little ugly looking during the day because they generally only clean them out at the end of the day. One frustration is dressing rooms that close 30 minutes before the store does. They don't give you much of a warning and I've often missed the announcement so you're out of luck because you can't return something that doesn't fit. Another frustration is their hours for holidays often aren't posted on their social media sites. I drove all the way there on Memorial Day to partake in their 50% off sale only to discover they closed at 4p. I had checked their website before going and there was absolutely nothing posted about the sale or change in hours. How hard would that for someone in corporate to inform customers of changes?
