We made a simple request, which she ignored, and instead of communicating with us or trying to help, she slammed the cash register shut and walked away to talk with her friends and coworkers who were also on shift. She eventually came back over and actually tried to argue with us rather than simply handling the situation professionally. To make matters worse, when returning my money, she aggressively threw it onto the table. The entire interaction was extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. If you're working with the public, you should be able to communicate respectfully and professionally, even if you're having a bad day. Her behavior was hostile, dismissive, and incredibly inappropriate for someone representing a business. I would never come back after this experience. Management should seriously address how customers are being treated because this level of service is unacceptable.

She literally yelled Ma'am several times across the store as I was getting a cart and I realized she was speaking with me, I turned around and asked if she was speaking to me... she proceeded to say I have to leave my bag behind the counter with her in a condescending tone. I have never snatched my bag out of a cart so fast and left an establishment. If she would have said excuse me ma'am our company has a restriction with larger bags in the store and your options are to leave it in your vehicle or check in behind the counter where a store associate will keep it locked away , then I would have understood. But thats not what she did , she deliberately allowed me to walked quite a ways into the store before rudely yelling at me instead of approaching me or asking me to come to the counter to have a conversation.. Secondly over the last three years their prices have skyrocketed on everything. From their clothes to furniture even kitchen decor. Customer service 0/10 will not be returning

Just scan another item in your basket and move on. Nobody is really giving a damn about quality control anyways. Why should you?
