    Cds, dvds, and blu-rays

My parents moved to Palm Harbor in 1996, so I have been shopping at the Last Chance for close to thirty years. It is a nice open store that is well organized and well lit. Prices I find are very fair, and if you sign up on their email list, you receive each Monday a text offering you 50% off of your entire shopping purchases for that day. That is a fantastic perk. There are bathrooms available and the parking is plentiful. Lamps and luggage are placed outside of the general store, but the area is covered. The one thing I used to dislike about the store was how they offered cds and dvds. They used to have them placed in small plastic storage boxes, the kind you place under your bed. They were placed against the wall, where customers lined up to pay at the cash registers. It was annoying to have to stand there in the way of customers. However, a few years ago that changed, and now shopping for cds, dvds, and blu-rays is much easier. They have placed them farther down in the store near the dressing rooms, so now it is easy and workable to browse and find them. Cds are $1.00, so even without the text discount, they are fairly priced. It is worth your time to check out the Last Chance.

    9 tees for $23.44.

If I walk in the door, I know I'll walk out with something. There is so much to choose frrom: books, VHS tapes, DVDs, jeans, shirts, tee shirts, sleepwear, dresses, household items, games, and more Everything is cleaned up and presentable. The prices are reasonable, and if you have a 50% off coupon from the newspaper or via text, you've got the best bargains possible. I particularly like the books and tee shirts. The books are inexpensive & great for vacation reading or the beach. The tee shirts are varied - sports teams, plain colors, concert ven, and vacation destinations. If you've been somewhere, and forgot to get a souvenir tee, you'll find it here. The aisles are a little congested, but that's due to an abundance of merchandise, and people looking. Be kind and civil, and you'll be okay. The cashiers are patient and nice. They always ask first for the coupon, and price accordingly. Today I spent less than $24 on 9 tee shirts. Bazinga!

Extremely used cat tree. It was so wobbly it almost fell over

The pricing is absolutely insane. I'm going to include pictures. A very used Rusty pet kennel they are trying to sell for $50. You can get that brand new for $50. They are trying to sell this Clawed up wobbly cat tree. The thing should actually be in the garbage not being sold! I wouldn't even bring it into my house for free for my cats. But I guess if they were selling it for $.50 (which they're absolutely not ) and somebody couldn't afford a brand new tree they would be interested. However, it's so wobbly it's not safe. They are trying to sell a very used and old pair of wedge sandals for $14! For $10 more, go to Ross/Burlington and get a brand new pair. Also, a very used pair of Walmart flip-flops is $9. Gross. They have a rack of new with tags clothes. However, they RIP THE TAG IN HALF so the public doesn't know how much the item originally cost from the store. This way, they can charge more than what the store was and no one would know! They forgot to rip the tag in half on this dress from Ross. Ross was selling it for $22. However, this thrift store is trying to sell it for $40! Almost double than what the store was selling it for! They have lost their minds

I always find great things, and the prices are fair. Especially with the 50% off coupon. You just have to sign up for it with a text.

They are well organized and their prices are far below what you see in other thrift stores and the flea market.

sadly this place is not as big as it once was but I still found bargains…read more free parking. pet friendly. crazy wide selection and all affordable. they need to mark how to get from the ac buildings to the rest of the market like there was a map posted but no "you are here" mark or restroom mark even tho restrooms were available. and they need a better sign out front so people know it's open. $5 perfume at the dollar store and wacky wizards hardware shop, and hats, a Florida themed tote bags and stuff for the beach at that wizard store too. Just lots of good stuff :) I'm going back next weekend!

Still a solid three star experience…read more It's been over seven years since we have come here so a lot has changed. There used to be a ton of stalls in the front, but now they've been condensed in the back area. There are still a ton of stalls, though, and some of them are even air-conditioned. This is definitely a place that you have to go in knowing exactly what you're looking for. It's a lot of thrift items. We were just browsing, so one son saw a hot wheel car that he wanted. It's Onward, which is a Pixar movie. When we asked about it, we found out that it was $20, which was definitely too much for a five-year-old who just wanted to play with it. I understand that it's a collectors item though, so I get why there is an up charge. What's a little ironic is the next day we went to a target that we normally don't go to and we found the exact same car for five dollars. I think we were super lucky though, but just don't think every item there is at a lower price than if you find it at the store, because some of them are collectors items. My other son loved the 3-D printing stall and the prices were super reasonable there. He ended up getting a little dragon. Parking is super easy, it's on grass though so if it's raining, I bet it gets pretty muddy. There are a couple food trucks and food stalls where you can get things like tacos and coffee. This is a fun place to browse but not someplace I'll go often. If I come back it will be with a purpose.
