The woman who owns the shop came out to say hello, as I was browsing the racks of sundresses out front. She was quite friendly and let me know how her little boutique is set up. It's largely women's clothing, shoes and accessories. But there are some mens and even a small childrens section. The place is nicely organized by size and color and has a shabby chic boutique feel. My favorite thing about shopping resale shops in this area is the typical abundance of vintage items. It seems this place gets clothing thru donations? So obviously selection will vary, but today, I would say around half the clothing items were vintage. I scored a cool vintage Star Wars tshirt and a long sweater cardigan that looks brand new and didn't even spend $4. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of their payment system. I asked if there was a minimum purchase required to use my card, and her son said nope. Great! When I handed him my card, I then realized he was using his phone to manually put all my card information into some app to process payment. It made me uncomfortable. They seem like really nice people and I know the shop has been there for some time now. So I reassured myself it's probably ok. But honestly, next time I will stop and get cash. I'd rather not have to worry about if a stranger has my card info saved in his phone.

By the way I was treated even after the fact I donated a whole bunch of clothes to them meaning like Hollister Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, think there is like seven pairs of Abercrombie and Fitch jeans I donated quite a bit and a couple purses as well one of them being a coach bag so I decided to shop in the store as well and I'm shopping. I can hear the little redhead girl I don't know if she's an employe or not ,or if she was just in there, but she was very rude and nasty and she was like mocking me and telling me under her breath for me to leave already. I have just never been so appalled by Customer Service and I have children their age and I can assure you my kids would never act that way I could leave them through my store and I know I would make profit these little girls are children, young minded children, who are running your business in the ground cause I do know you're privately owned is what I was understood and you have another location in Sarasota as well .Where was their mommy and daddy or the manager where is the owner? They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to.
