Night and day, not been around for a while. They don't sell stuff at reasonable price no more. No more buy to fix to resale. Asking too much for used shoes. Some clothes ok price but it's crazy that a lot of the donated stuff is being sold as new. The age of side hustle here has ended. At least we still got salvation army, antique stores and Some times light house. don't buy shoes there either though. Good for other stuff like goodwill is now. Place smells like an old warehouse, it always been like this. My problem started on the way out. They got rid of their from work force and replace it with self check out. I don't even know why? Im more weirded out they even have an inventory when most their stuff is donated. So im not an asshole with stuff missing tags. I actually rather take the high road and make sure they see im not cheating the system. I told the only person in a register about it. She spoke over me and directed someone else to her. When she understood what she did she called someone. Another person showed up and they wouldn't help me. After 30 mins someone comes and takes the pants n doesn't come back for another 15mins. To do what exactly? There's no way he gonna find inventory like it. They are donated clothes. Hence my argument about why even have inventory? Comes back to tell me just scan another pair of pants. BRO i told them this same shit at the start and they wasted 45 mins of my god damn time. Moral of the story? Don't waste your time they don't understand basic costumer service. Just scan another item in your basket and move on. Nobody is really giving a damn about quality control anyways. Why should you? By all means scan the same item 3 times and enjoy your $7 bucks of whatever. This place was way better with human cash register that knew what they were doing. Provably not coming back unless my family wants to but me on my own time? No way. I got better places to go. read more

We've stopped by this store so many times going to and from the Tampa area. And we've had some good success finding different things here. They have a lot of clothes -- mainly women's, but kids and men's as well. I wear a lot of jeans and denim skirts. And I've found quite a few just perfect ones here. Even some recognizable designer brands. I didn't find anything in the clothing department this time, however. They also have a small section of glassware, kitchen stuff, and bric a brac. This area was also a good source in the past. It seems now that many of their items are new -- not used or vintage. So frankly, they are not as interesting or appealing. There's also a back room with lots of new cleaning products and other new miscellaneous stuff (cosmetics, linens, furniture etc). Even though the character of the store is changing a bit, it's the kind of place where you never know what they will have. I'm sure we will give it another chance if in the area. read more

I like this new location for Goodwill. It is new and clean. You can find the seasoning decoration here. Especially we are close to Halloween. There so many discounted Halloween costumes on display. Fake hair, pirate hat, big tie, superhero outfit, cape and more. Very much like party store. Many of this items was donated from people and the party commercial left over from last season. Other items including use clothing for men and women. I saw some recent thick bottom shoe here. Why not wear to the party once then donate back and buy another pair for the next party. That way you don't need to keep full closet of shoe the seldom wear. They also vary some use decoration for seasonal. The kitchen department has many plate and cup. This item definitely can be reused. read more

Me and Goodwill have always had a good relationship. I donate, buy, and bring friends here so that there is well-rounded reciprocation between us. I always love coming here and never walk out without finding something that I like. The store is well organized, clean and has a welcoming and friendly staff. It's located on E. Brandon Boulevard in front of the Walmart. They offer everything from electronics, clothes, shoes, kids clothes, handbags, furniture, home goods and even candy. Perfect for my one stop shopping style. Its designed as a huge warehouse, similar to the COSTCO and Sams Club look. The only complaint that I have is that the dressing rooms could be cleaner, sometimes gives me the feeling of changing in a gas station bathroom. There are many thrift stores out there, but to me Goodwill is simply the best! read more

Items are very overpriced especially being that items have been donated. Goodwill seems to be more of an gold mine for the owners. New items & worn items are priced the same. And some.are priced higer than what you would.pay brand new at walmart which is nextdoor. Go see for yourself. I'd definitely recommend shopping at the smaller but unique thrift stores. read more

HUGE. This facility is one of the newer Goodwill stores recently built within the last 5 years. Their floor plans are open and they even have new merchandise, not everything is donated. During Halloween they have a full zone of new merchandise that has never been opened or used. I suspect it is previous years overstock from the "big halloween stores". There is the usual merchandise as well, the stuff people have donated and it's kind of hard to find things by size since it all gets jumbled when things get put back. Sadly the plus sized stuff is almost non-existant, and hard to find. Shoes at this particular location were amazing. I have a feeling a Drag queen off loaded her heels because I found MANY amazing pair of heels in size 13. They were So PHENOMENAL! I wished I could wear them, ALMOST, but then again I can't wear heels any more. read more

As usual the place was clean, organized and stocked with a lot of variety. You can run into interesting folks in the store. See the captions on the attached pics. Otherwise the staff was friendly. Quick and easy donation location. Nothing like drive-through donating and receipt delivery right to your car. Always loved this organization for the ease of charitable donating and their willingness to accept many household items. Staff is friendly and always thanks for my donations. There is an extensive store inside where you can purchase items but I only use this place to give, not shop. You can miss the entrance if you're not careful, forcing you further down SR 60 and a u-turn. Decent hours make don't baring at your convenience a reality. read more

I absolutely love this Goodwill location. It's such a large facility and in surprised and how organized all of the departments stay. This location is even stocked with their own merchandise, mostly household cleaning supplies though. Around the right side of the building is a drive-thru drop off lane. The employees will come out to your car and provide a receipt if you need one so you never need to get out of your car. read more

This is a huge store. It was extremely clean unlike a lot of thrift stores I've been too. I did feel this one was crowded. It was hard to move around without bumping into someone else. I'd imagine the closer we get to the holidays, the busier this place will become. The store has lots of things for sale including clothing, toys, books, holiday decorations, furniture, jewelry, kitchen equipment and DVD players. Holy cow, do they have DVD players. There were enough DVD players to watch all the Harry Potter, Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street movies at the SAME time. Amazingly enough the one thing that we went in to find, books appropriate for young kids, are lacking. They had about half as many baby books as they did DVD players. Go figure. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this store was the uniforms. Each person wore a shirt that said something about "poppin' tags" on the back. Never did I think I would walk into a business and see Macklemore lyrics written on their uniform. While most of the store was well organized, there were a few places that could've been better maintained. For instance, the few kids books that we did find were buried beneath other unrelated items. We were only able to see them because one was laying on top. The prices seemed reasonable. read more

Was told they were going to give me a "ticket" because I left the items outside because there was no attendant outside or inside when I stuck my head in. Sorry I don't have all day to wait around. I love this store! It is always a hit or miss BUT I find enough goodies to make it all worth it, plus you CANNOT go wrong with the prices. My niece spent a while summer with me and had nothing to wear so I bought her a whole wardrobe for summer for $50 dollars. I always shop for work pants and shirts as well in this store. There's a lot of miscellaneous as well which is always fun! Cuz you never know what you can find. We also bought our bikes here for like $10 dollars. All in all it's a win win place read more

If you have Community Service Hours to do . DO NOT....I repeat DO NOT do them at this GOODWILL. They treat you like a dirty dog in the street and will Kick you when you are down. I might of made a bad choose in my life but I am rectifying, This dose not mean you have to treat people badly and make up lies. If you need Community Service to do .... This Goodwill is huge. I like that is nice and open so you don't feel cramped when looking around. Everything is pretty well organized. They also have a back room for all of the furniture and different odds and ends. I could spend hours browsing in here. Whenever I need a costume for something this is my first stop. It is always super busy but it's so big that it isn't a problem. The employees are always very friendly. The store is always neat and tidy. read more

I visited this place today, the staff is AWESOME, the store was well organized and clean. I've ALWAYS shopped at all the local goodwills with being a single mom and kids wanting all the name brands but mom not being able to afford the mall prices. The prices at this particular store was extremely high for it being a thrift store, I can't fathom spending $12 - $18 for a pair of shoes, I'm not sure if they understand that the item is USED and you can get brand new shoes for a little bit more if not for that price, or a t-shirt for $4 USED when you can get it brand new for $5. I doubt I'll be coming back any time soon with those kinds of prices. read more

I have never been so upset with a store. I purchased 2 new mattresses and a used couch while at the store. I spent over $500. I could not get there with a truck until 3 days later to pick up my purchases. I was assured by the manager that they would remove my purchases from the floor and hold them for me until I could return. When I arrived with the truck I found out the couch I had purchased was sold to someone else. I was so mad I got my money refund for the couch and the mattresses . As previous reviewers have said, this store is HUGE. There is a LOT of merchandise in here. It is pretty clean and has generally clean restrooms for customers. There is ample parking and it is in a safe area. Cashiers are pleasant and efficient. There are some pretty big and some small negatives for me about this store though. The biggest issue I have with this store is pricing. Pricers apparently try to guess what is "valuable" and often grossly overprice items. End result is that items sit and sit and often become broken, torn, or filthy from being handled over time. Eventually they wind up getting shipped off to the outlet store. Many of these items would have sold right away if priced reasonably. This could also be avoided if they did like many other Goodwill stores and offer 50% off a certain color tag each week so that older items get marked down and sell. I suspect they lose a lot of sales as well as employee hours pulling their overpriced stuff to send to the outlets. Aisles are narrow. If you have a cart and another person comes down that aisle with a cart it is difficult and in some cases impossible to pass each other in the aisle. read more
