I discovered a small dent on my car that occurred while it was parked. I went to Shalom auto body for a repair estimate. The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

I went in for a small chip and ended up with $4000 damage they don't want to address due to their negligence. The damage even happened while I was there waiting for the car. They claim to be a paint and body shop and I ended up with paint damage to areas due to overspray as well as buffed off paint off my car from their negligence. I had a ceramic coat that is now completely dusted with over spray and areas of rear grill and plastics that was over sprayed with paint. They are not accountable for their mistakes.
