I typically order over the phone to get things prepared and then pick up from the store directly. Never had an issue, and on my last visit they even sat me down at the front to help rearrange my rewards points because I had multiple emails I'd used with them. Can't speak for their other parts availability but fittings and other air components have never been and issue and the guys have always been helpful to me. read more

If I could rate them 6 stars, I would. Ordered a Do88 performance intercooler from them, and it arrived pdq, and at an excellent price. When performing the install, I couldn't find any of the hardware that came with it. I lost had lost it, (I think I have weapons-grade autism ffs), and 4 of us ripping the garage apart could not find it!. I got on the horn to Urotuning, and man, did they take care of things pdq. They handled all the logistics with Do88 to expedite ship to me all the replacement hardware. 6 days to my doorstep in New Hampshire from Sweden. **Special kudos to Geoff for the amazing response to my problem. Purchased a foreign car part for over $200. The part didn't work properly. I contacted Urotuning within a few days. My support agent took my info and promised to send a return label. Then a few days past without the return label being sent to me. My support agent apparently was out of the office unexpectedly and her manager had needed a couple of days to catch up all her correspondence. I should have been patient. Things happen. I very much appreciate the business manager talking over and expediting my refund. Hope my support agent who had leave work for a few days is ok. I'm back to fully recommending Urotuning. read more

They are few and far between, but every once and a while you run into a business that's special. You're not expecting it, but as you talk to them and realize how much the people care, how knowledgeable they are, you know you've found something out of the ordinary. every time i order something from urotuning, i pay extra for shipping because i know theyre always slow. lately when i pay extra for shipping, they are just as slow and won't respond to my emails for a refund for the shipping costs on parts that are days/weeks behind on delivery. will never be buying anything from this site again. read more

INCREDIBLE staff. Amazing ship speed. Easy exchanges. Really good pricing and deals. Slightly meh on the finish. I've made two rather large orders for my Audi with them and itching for a 3'rd. Long story short... the staff and parts are awesome but, some of the interface is lacking. First order included in IE intake system, 3" turbocharger inlet pipe, turbo muffler delete and carbon fiber intake cover to accompany the full IE intake I ordered. Unfortunately the carbon fiber cover arrived with some sizable cracks in the CF, all it took was one email on the Saturday it arrived and when I called on Tuesday the replacement was already on its way. Replacement arrived within 3-4 days tops however, it didn't include the return label for the defective part. Checked my emails, rechecked the box, nada. Called in and apparently an email with the printable label was drafted but not sent. Which wasn't a big deal but, still a bit of an annoyance. Second order was the almighty IE turbo downpipe, for which I needed to sign an "off road use only" waiver which basically states I wouldn't drive it on public roads... yup scouts honor won't be driving it on public roads, noooo sirrrr . Whelp... I checked the box, signed the name and waited patiently for bits and pieces to come. A week later I looked at my urotuning account... order was made and paid yet unfulfilled. Wonders why and waited another couple days before calling. Seems that a .pdf was supposed to be sent to me to read, sign and send back. Again, checked my emails including spam and nada. Thankfully Geoff stayed on the line to sort it out with me and a few days after getting that squared away. I got my parts. Would still highly recommend them! read more

Urotuning.com shipped me a used/ damaged returned product. Product had lots of scratches on mating surface of part. A deep gouge on the outer mating surface. Was also missing the essential hardware screws. First and last time ordering from this business. Tried several times to contact them via email, phone, instagram and their website's support ticket request. No response from urotuning at all. See attached pictures on what I received. read more

Ordered an obdeleven on Sunday night through website and spit me out a delivered day of this Saturday (6 days) via usps and "the shop" and still has yet to be processed or accepted... they told me it doesn't warrant a claim (uro tuning), btw took forever to get in contact with someone, but the post office said it did... free shipping doesn't mean not to care about your customers. No refund issued just that I have to wait the 15 days supposedly... definitely won't be buying through uro again.... Just stick to Ecs tuning or fcp euro. read more

Ordered a Rack and Pinion for my Audi A8. Site said it would ship within 0-2 days. Contacted them via email after 3 days and they replied that the part arrived to them that day but it was after their pickup for the day, so it would ship out to me the next day and tracking would be provided at that time. Well another 4 days passed with me sending them 2 emails with no tracking or reply. Finally, after 10 days from my order date they emailed me saying, "Our supplier has informed us that the price we listed/sold this item for was incorrect. The difference of $262.57 needs to be collected before the order can ship." What?! Absolutely not! That's not how you do business. Especially after 2 different people telling my order would ship days ago. I was not willing to pay more money AFTER my order had already been placed for them to ship the item to me. This was an $2500 part. It was a big waste of my time when I could have used that time to find the part somewhere else instead of being without my car even longer. read more

Very disappointed. This is my 1st time to use this web. I bought the item on 11/29/2020. Until today, I still have not received anything, but they charged me $400+. They told me I have to wait until Feb to ship, but never guarantee I can get my item in Feb, so I don't know if it means I pay for nothing. And they said it is not delayed order, but I don't know what is going on, and they never apologize to me. I am happy to hare my experience on this website to anyone. I will make sure to share my experience on all social media. I am not sure if I am the only one to wait for 3 months for one item because they never mentioned anything on the website to say I have to wait 3 months for one product. Please be extra careful. I bought a set of the R8 caps for my 09 Audi A4 2.0t. Well after the car was sitting there idling for like 15 mins I heard this loud boom and heard something hit the hood. I opened it up and I had seen the radiator cap blew off the jug and I lost 2 gallons of antifreeze all over my garage floor. I contacted UroTuning and they said they would give me my money back for caps but would not be reimbursing me for the antifreeze I lost. Great customer service that kept me informed throughout the ordering process and put in effort to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible. I ordered front and rear anti-sway bars for my Mk4 R32 and Geoff from customer service quickly informed w/in 1 day that the supplier had just ran out of stock for the rear bar. Understandable given this is during the COVID19 pandemic and that these parts are for a less common model. Offered to ship the front separately but I requested they wait until both bars were in stock. During the wait, Geoff kept me up to date on the status of the items and even sent free goodies for my patience. They informed as soon as they were ready to ship and they were sent directly from the supplier. Parts were at my door the next day. He was able to make a discount happen on a new intake I am stoked to put in my MK6 GTI. He also threw in a bunch of free stickers, t-shirt and cool gear. They list all of the manufacturer sales that are going on and also have a price match policy. From what I hear, it is super fast shipping (2 days) and it's FREE! You cannot beat that. UroTuning was great. Was very hesitant to buy wheel and tires online after reading how bad some of the online seller are. A poster at a forum recommended UroTuning so i decided to give them a try. I ordered Neuspeed wheels that was on sale from UroTuning for great price at night online. The next day, i decided i wanted to add tires and have them mounted and balanced. UroTuning did not sell tires so they had me call Neuspeed to see if they could add the tires. I called Neuspeed and they told me UroTuning needed to coordinate with them to make this happen. I was starting to get a little worried by now but when called UroTuning back to see if they could coordinate with Neuspeed to add the tires, there was no problem. The sales person i was working with was very professional gave me his extension to call and called me back to let me know how everything was going. We were able to get everything worked out. They followed up to let me know they appreciated my business track my shipment. They even let me know when the shipment was delivered with their online tracking system. I ordered a set of H&R sports springs the next and the same excellent service. I would highly recommend UroTuning.
