She definitely went above and beyond and got all of the repairs covered under our Warrenty. She also was great at communicating and following up with us through the whole process. We have a new Polaris RZR XP 1000 Highlifter that we just bought a few months ago. The rim split into two pieces which then broke the strut, axle and more components. Stopped in today to see if they could service my Triumph and I took a look at some bikes. Mark was very helpful and super knowledgeable about every bike I was interested in. A Shoei rep happened to be there and gave me some good info about my NeoTec and the new Shoei helmets. Spoke with the owner briefly and he was pleasant, too. Not a Triumph dealer, and we couldn't come to a deal on any bikes, but this is definitely a place I'll be looking at if I want to buy something new or used in the future. read more

This is my second POLARIS RZR I have purchased from them, both have been used units. Let me start by saying that all the used bikes or side x sides they have on the lot are pristine, clean, inspected and gone thru entirely, down to the full service performed. Mark went thru all available finance companies to meet my budget and my unrealistic payment amount, which was great. As far as service, even after I rode my unit and had a service issue no one would have caught because of normal wear and tear, Hans, Mark, and specially Brooklynn from the service department were extremely helpful and professional and took care of the issue in no time at all and always calling me to update on what was being done. Got my RZR back and she looks and runs like new. In the future I'm looking to purchase the POLARIS pro Turbo, and count on it, I will go back to them. So this is my first time going to a bike shop with my friend that needed his rear tire fix or replace. The guy at the repair center said he couldn't patch a dirt bike cuz it's illegal, well we didn't have a dirt bike. We Asked for a new tire and was quoted 200 plus tax n fees and ended up being 269. We got there around 1 left at 1:30sh and was told we will get a call back when ready. Around 5 I started calling them to find out if the tire was fixed since they had not called me back. After a long wait on the phone, we get an answer to tell us the rear breaks needed replacement and they did not have them in stock so they had to ordered them. I only went there to get my tire replaced, and before ordering anything you should call the customer to confirm... well that was unpleasant. Now when I go to pick up my bike, another customer in front of me is wondering when he is going to get his bike since he was quoted 2 weeks and now it's 3 1/2 weeks. They blamed it on Covid and that they have 150 customers to attend so you gotta wait. Goes and look at the part that customer needed, and finds out it arrived today. Found this very unprofessional and unorganized for a business to run. Maybe that's how bike shops function, but I never get that treatment with my car mechanic. Found an ad they had posted for a "hard to find bike" I've been searching for a while. Gave my info by phone, got pre approved and paid my down payment by phone (Credit card), and picked up the bike without any issues ( I was literally in and out in an hour with my ride). Great experience from beginning to end. Hans' after care support is also great. They don't just sell you and pretend you're no longer important. They will make sure all your expectations are met as best as possible even after you take home the bike. I would definitely buy from them again! read more

There's honestly not enough stars to rate this place! I dealt with them for years and every single time they have exceeded my expectations! I made the mistake of going somewhere else and it was a costly mistake. I contacted Brittney the Service Manager and she took my motorcycle in without an appointment. Her communication and handling of this unfortunate situation was far beyond what I ever expected. Not only did she update me every step of the way but she documented everything. I'm a business owner myself and customer service goes a long way with me. They make you feel like you're part of the Xtreme Powersports family. Everyone is always friendly there and welcoming. I've stopped by on several occasions and they're always eager to answer any questions I have. Gary in parts is fantastic! I've called him several times and if he doesn't have the answer right away he will take the time to research and get you an answer. I've never personally bought a motorcycle from them. But they will definitely get all my business from this point forward. If you live in the area I promise you that you will not be disappointed! My motorcycle sat for 4 weeks at another local shop. In less than a weeks time they had my motorcycle up and running. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Check over my entire motorcycle. When it was completed they even washed it for me! You can't put a price on excellent quality of service. There's a reason they're one of the best Honda dealership's around. I can't put into words how impressed I am with Brittney the Service Manager! She is truly dedicated to her job. Even after my motorcycle was completed she followed up with me to let me know when the rest of my parts would arrive. She's very hands on and deserves a Ton of recognition! If you like to treat you're bike like a POS and want to make sure that it will be treated like a POS, then this is the place to bring it! They will make sure that your bike and all your accessories sit out in the rain and bake in the sun with no cover on the bike! You would think a place that is supposed to be professional and supposedly have a good reputation would at least have some tents, buildings, tarps, anything to cover all the bikes that are there to be serviced so no sun damage or anything else happens to the bike while it sits there, outside, waiting to be serviced.. You're better off bringing it to a backyard mechanic.. They'd at least have their stuff covered. Took my 2018 850 Polaris Sportsman Highlifter in for a service and I don't even know what to say about this place. I recently bought a speaker bar for my quad about 2 months ago and everything was working and in great shape until I brought it here!! I thought it would be fine to leave my accessories on the bike, but I was wrong. My speaker bar fried due to their negligence to cover up their customer bikes and now they won't take responsibility for what they could have easily prevented. They're not willing to work with a customer at all and seems like they make excuse after excuse. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I'll stick to bringing my vehicles elsewhere. I would definitely give 0 stars if I could! Also here's a friendly tip for whoever's in charge of service. If a bike comes in for service and has accessories on it, y'all should take the couple of minutes and note it and make sure that they work, with the customer before you take the bike back.. That way everybody is on the same page and it would prevent future situations like this. It would also prevent somebody who is being honest from getting screwed out of their equipment and money. They're great people in there, but if you keep your bike pristine and garage kept then DO NOT BRING IT HERE! You risk your plastics and accessories to heat/sun damage. I thought the customer service was horrible! Hans, the main salesman and manager, was so incredibly rude. My father and I went in there about a couple days ago and we were met with rudeness and cockiness. The receptionist seemed incredibly incompetent. Are they hiring anyone now or what? The other salesman (don't remember his name) didn't know ANYTHING about motorcycles and he wasn't even new. Hans has an egotistical air about him that is not flattering especially when he made sexist remarks about women while staring at my chest the whole time. Never going back. My father knew so much more information than any of them, so we are taking our business elsewhere. read more

This is a good small dealer and service shop. I had them service my Triumph and my Suzuki track bike. Even though my track bike is an ugly basket case they had it running right and sorted out quickly. They're personable and they remember me. The manager even stayed over an hour late to allow me to pick up my bike after closing. I recommend this shop! read more
