He would not repair my steering until I paid for an unfinished boat. He told me his rent was due and to bring cash as his credit card machine was broken. I showed up to pick up my boat and told him how horrible business doing this way is. Forcing people to pay before the job is done. He broke my steering cable and blamed rust. It was working when I took in in, and then it wasnt. He would fix it, unless I paid up front.
