My insurance set me up with Scott's and they were expecting me when I called. When I dropped her off, they were polite, professional and kind, telling me: "don't worry, we'll make her look as good as new"... and they sure did! I couldn't be happier with the repair work done to my car... she's better than ever. And... they vacuumed and spritzed the front seat. She smells fantastic! The staff was so easy to work with. They're clearly used to dealing with insurance claims-and were so efficient, handling mine. They kept in contact with me and made me feel so at ease. I feel like their estimate was fair and thorough. I believe they do more than body work-and based on this super positive experience, I'd trust them to do other repairs as well. They're right off State Road 60 in Brandon-near Babe's Pizza. There's a parking lot in front. Inside the waiting room, there are some cool cars to check out and a soothing fish tank, to bring down that worry level. Thanks, Scott's Automotive, for making a stressful situation so smooth... and making my girl "Barbie" (yes, my car had a name), look so good. We both appreciate you so much.
