I waited about 20 minutes…read moreoutside, he came back with my " plugged " tire.. immediately following I went home and had my tire put back my car that INSTANTLY went flat again with the sound of air coming out When it was let down from the jack. Fast fwd i took the same tire back to A separate tire shop 1/27/2025 and upon observation was immediately asked Who put the plug in the tire. One they inspected the tire they advised there were 2 plugs used previously and whoever put the plug in actually stripped the belt causing the tire to be flat and unrepairable !And the the leakage detection is actually coming from the plug. As a result I just had to buy a replacement tire . If you can not do simple plugs on a tire and at the same time lack the decency to inform the customer who paid you in full , when you ruined something You do NOT need to be in business. Unacceptable. I absolutely will be informing everyone I know in the Riverview/gibsonton/Apollo beach area to avoid this shop at all cost.

Used and new tires sold are all they do here so mount and balance and not responsible for the used tires they do sell. They are as is! I came to mount some new tires I had to buy elsewhere. I just needed same day so I'm hoping for good timing. The first place I tried was Walmart and that wait was 3 hours! As I write this my front wheel is in a jack and my new wheel is getting balanced. So I'm wrapping up my review and cashing out shortly !

If I pull up no appointment or anything, have a tire problem or brake problem or whatever they're always there to instantly help me even if they have a big crowd. We took my roommates car in there, monday. 2 Mercedes tires, he had a nail and 2 of them. The guys totally took the tires off. Looked for the leaks pulled the nails out didn't have to plug them because they didn't go all the way through. And didn't even charge us? That's amazing Customer service! That's why we keep going back there!

We have been coming to this shop exclusively for a couple of years now…read more They have always been fair and honest with their repairs and recomendations. We have had work done on all of our family cars here. Air conditioner repairs, brakes, oil changes, radiator, purchased tires, and most recently had a flat repaired. We appreciated them letting us know it was a small leak and not advising us that we needed a whole new tire. My daughters radiator repair was minimal too, when the other shop she went to recommended major repairs. We trust and value having this location in our community. When you find an honest, courteous, full service repair shop , stick with them.
