I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

Brought my VW Atlas in for an oil change and full inspection (I did have an appointment). I knew…read moresomething wasn't right with my brakes. Within 2 hours, I received a full report to my phone and was able to see line by line what was erroring and the exact cost. I called the shop to ask a few questions and was able to get a discount code to save a little more money. In the report that came to my phone, I was able to pick and choose which items I wanted worked on now and which items I wanted to hold off on. I told Mike at the shop I was going to take my car to the dealership for one of the items that errored, and he didn't try to convince me otherwise or try to upsell me on anything unnecessary (and as a female dealing with an auto shop on her own, I appreciate not feeling like I'm being taken advantage of!). My car was done the same day and when I went to pick it up, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The shop was clean, Mike was very friendly and helpful, and I noticed a positive difference in my car the second I drove away. German cars can't be trusted with just anyone, so I appreciate a shop that I can trust! I will be back to Autoworks of Brandon, without a doubt!

I…read moredealt with Bill, who informed me that my car had been inspected and that the timing belt had broken. He claimed I "won the lottery" because there was supposedly no engine damage, despite the fact that a belt failure on a Honda V6 almost always results in the valves hitting the pistons. Being skeptical, I performed my own inspection. I had personally installed a new OEM Honda timing belt only four months ago and was confident in the work. When I pulled the top timing cover, I found the belt I installed was still perfectly intact. There was no evidence of a snapped belt, a seized water pump, or a failed pulley. I was charged over $1,100 for a timing belt replacement that clearly didn't happen. Based on the symptoms, I believe the actual issue was a simple fuel pump fuse--a repair that should have cost less than $200, including diagnostics. I have recommended Leasure automotive to over 100 people over the last 20 years because I believed he was honest and above board. I actually started working on my own cars in 1979 specifically because a mechanic ripped me off back then; it is a shame to see a shop I trusted for so long compromise their integrity like this. I am sharing this so others can be aware of my personal experience.
