I have tried contacting but the numbers are disconnected. If anyone can help me find him. I would appreciate it, so I can get my bike back. 303-819-7075 Tks

I'm unable to leave the full review of this place, but it can be read by looking up Wild Bill's…read moreMotorcycles through Google. A quick run down, they attempted to charge me twice for parts and labor and now deny it. I have the invoice given to me as an estimate as well as the total amount I paid, which is $9.95 over. On that estimate i was charged $79.95 for the fob as well as $90 to program it, which only Harley is able to do in the first place. Last week Bill told me I owed an additional $280for the fob and to program it on top of the $79 I already paid for the fob and the $90 for labor to program it. They tried getting over on me because of my many disabilities which cause me to be bed ridden for 15+ hrs per day and my elderly Mom who took payment to them over time for me. I have never even stepped foot in their shop nor have I spoken to anyone but Bill; however today I received a text from I assume was one of their employees accusing me of lying about my disabilities that I was recently discharged from hospice for as well as being verbally abusive to their staff. I didn't even know anyone but Bill and Erica worked there. They accused me of lying about what Bert's Barracuda told me was wrong with my bike after I had it towed to Bert's because of the attempt they made to charge me a total of $480 for a key fob and the labor to program it. Bert's is charging me$80 for a fob and since I am purchasing it from them the labor is included. Wild Bill's tried charging me $400 more than what Bert's will charge for the same thing. But actually Bill wouldn't have been able to program the fob anyways because only a Harley Dealer has the ability to unlock the system to program the new fob. They even argued with me telling me the person i was talking to at Harley didnt work there and refused to believe that i i was given the price of $80 for the fob as well as no charge for the labor because of purchasing the fob at Bert's Barracuda. I would recommend paying very close attention to what you are being charged for. I also now have approximately $600 in additional charges to repair the fuel system because of damage done at Bill's. Save yourself the time and money; just start out at Bert's Barracuda and avoid the dishonest billing practices that Erica does and the attitude she gives to their customers. To end this review, Bill nor Erica have returned any of my messages asking for them to refund me for the unused fob and the labor I was charged to program that fob. I seriously wish I would have never met their dirty asses. All I want is my money back for the unused fob as well as the labor i was charged for that fob. At least I caught them before they were able to charge me again for unused parts and labor. They should actually have to pay for the damage I now have to pay for at Bert's Barracuda as a result of what they did to my bike. From the person who evidently was a figment of my imagination and doesn't even work at Bert's according to Erica's text "The tech has completed the check out on the bike. He found that the fuel valve had the o-ring removed and looked as if someone tried to drill it out to get to flow I guess. There is damage to the fuel valve and the fuel line that feeds the bike. We will need to replace the inner fuel valve and the fuel line. They will also service your fuel induction module. The retail for what we have done and for the needed repairs would come to ###. I won't post the cost, but it is definitely an unnecessary cost that now needs to be paid as a result of the dishonesty by Erica and Bill. My assumption would be this is a result of Erica's effort to over charge and bill for labor and parts not used.
