I found this place through a friend that uses them for his H D repairs and speaks very highly of them. I've taken my 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster there for several issues and every time I've had zero problems, they'll be the only mechanic shop I deal with. The first time I went there was in December of 2024, I had a wiring issue where my back brake light and tail light weren't working, they looked at it and found a fuse was blown and told me to go buy some fuses so I did and went back there and they put the fuse in but it had a short in it and blew out again, they diagnosed the problem and tried to solve it and didn't even charge me anything. I brought it back a week later and it was a couple days before Christmas, they said it would be finished before Christmas so after a couple days I called there and they told me the bike had been put into a bay which was out of sight, out of mind and fell through the cracks so it was going to take a couple extra days to get done, when they called me to come pick it up they found there was a pinched wire causing it to short out and blow a fuse, and they billed for 2 hours labor and felt bad for taking longer than they said it would and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, which I thought was very generous of them. I've taken my bike to them a couple times since and have had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop. read more

WORST MOTORCYCLE SHOP IN TOWN DO NOT GO HERE. I spoke with an employee who wouldn't tell me his name but said they can work on my make and model. I spent a lot of money getting it towed over to there shop only for them to tell me "we are not fucking working on this" I told them it didn't require ordering any parts but they still refused and got very hostile "WE ONLY WORK ON HARLEYS" witch is not what the worker told me. And they quoted me very expensive. DO NOT GO HERE....... When I called and asked them they said "we work on buells and harleys we can do that" so I proceeded to get my bike towed there, there was no confusion these people are extremely hostile and liars!!!!! read more

It's been about twelve years, but I used to work with Ken. He is one of the most upstanding, honest, & reliable mechanics I've ever known. Now that I've learned he has his own shop, I'll be bringing my bike to him whenever I need something done. That should be all you need to know. read more

I've taken my bike there a few times for general service or to add a new part, everything done as promised and no issues, friendly and don't have to wait 6 months and pay 6 months of income like at a dealer (Harley$$). Am taking another bike there tomorrow. read more

We took our bike here to have the front and back end changed out. When it was dropped off we told them a couple weeks to get it done would be fine even though it was only an 8 to 10 hour job. We stopped by several times to check and see the progress during those two weeks and NOTHING was completed. Apparently they were swamped but each time all the employees were standing around doing nothing with all our brand new, thousands of dollars worth of parts, just sitting in the lobby area for anyone and everyone to mess with. While they were standing around doing nothing they said they 'hoped' to have it done in another week. Not okay. As we were going to be out of town we told them it had to be done. I mean two weeks was already nice of us. So, we finally get the bike back and find that the lower leg had been chipped and a bad paint job had been attempted. We let them know within several hours of having the bike back. They have done everything to dodge responsibility for this regardless they were brand new, in perfect condition when left in their incapable hands. Hind sight is 20/20 and we should have either told them to put our our parts somewhere safe or just taken our bike somewhere else all together. The owner has been less than helpful and keeps saying it was like that when it was dropped off. Seriously? MAN UP and take responsibility. You think we provided one bad part in a full array of 100% perfect other parts? You seriously didn't call us and let us know that part was damaged if this was true? Makes no sense. Maybe if you didn't wait until the 11th hour to finish $1,000+ projects you wouldn't be in this mess. We should have stuck with just going to Harley but like I said, hind sight is 20/20. Skip this place, go to the professionals. Oh, and to the owner, if you say your hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. OPEN AT 9:00 a.m. or change your hours! read more

Ken at cycle ward is great! I met him through a high school friend on facebook. I was informed he was Harley certified so I brought my motorcycle to him to have my handlebars raised, He did a great job- and didnt cost me my first born child. As much as I like the dealership, when I want my bike worked on or customized, I will take it to ken everytime, its nice to have a shop that knows you by your first name the minute you walk in the door. read more

I used this place twice to work on my bike and thought the service was good. The 3rd time I had them tow my bike a few blocks for $35.00. This was on a Saturday morning. I called them Monday before lunch and they said they didn't check it out yet but would call me. Tuseday afternoon I called back and the guy in charge said I needed a new battery for a little under $200.oo bucks. I thought this was a bit high so I questioned him about it. I also asked when he found out it needed a battery. He said Mon afternoon. I asked why he didn't call and his answer was "I don't know". He got ticked off and told me he wouldn't work on the bike. I eventually had it towed to Barneys and got the battery at a cheaper cost, and this is Barney's - probably the most expensive place around.
