I drove 2hrs away to finance a r6 borrowed a van to tow it .....dropped 1,500 $ cash . The bike turned on for the most part at the dealership. Once taken off the van home bike from the very first night within hours started overheating and choked up as i try to give it some gas .. calling them up I'm told to tow it back?? Tow it back? 2 hrs? To split the cost? No way man is this happening. They gave me a bike that did not work i was told from one of there reps you should expect that from a used bike? Really? Give me a break this is suppose to be a dealership? Not craiglist not a pawnshop. They still just offered my 30day warranty and couldn't help Long story short i didn't have the money to split the cost of towing and i had my bike outside a friend's house where i got stuck since it overheated as i practiced in his neighborhood days later bike got stolen. I never had 1 full day to experience a ride ! A bike! Or my money's worth 1,500 down the drain thanks to this dealership. I used this business at their second location in st. Pete to get my scooter fixed. All I needed…read morewas my tire fixed and when I got the bike back my entire right handle bar and breaking system for that wheel were broken. I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. Better Business Bureau here we come.

He helped me order parts that I needed to repair my motorcycle and they arrived way sooner than I figured they would. Back on the pavement and couldn't have done it without them.
