I had the tires changed out to blackwall metzler's that fit the road king. These guys did an excellent job installing balancing and pointed out in the old tires on the inside were brittle. Those tires could have blown at any time. Do the math those original tires were going on 18 years old. They were very efficient and I would highly highly recommend 8 ball do your tire work for you.

I've taken my 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster there for several issues and every time I've had zero problems, they'll be the only mechanic shop I deal with. The first time I went there was in December of 2024, I had a wiring issue where my back brake light and tail light weren't working, they looked at it and found a fuse was blown and told me to go buy some fuses so I did and went back there and they put the fuse in but it had a short in it and blew out again, they diagnosed the problem and tried to solve it and didn't even charge me anything. I brought it back a week later and it was a couple days before Christmas, they said it would be finished before Christmas so after a couple days I called there and they told me the bike had been put into a bay which was out of sight, out of mind and fell through the cracks so it was going to take a couple extra days to get done, when they called me to come pick it up they found there was a pinched wire causing it to short out and blow a fuse, and they billed for 2 hours labor and felt bad for taking longer than they said it would and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, which I thought was very generous of them. I've taken my bike to them a couple times since and have had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.

I drove 2hrs away to finance a r6 borrowed a van to tow it .....dropped 1,500 $ cash . The bike turned on for the most part at the dealership. Once taken off the van home bike from the very first night within hours started overheating and choked up as i try to give it some gas .. calling them up I'm told to tow it back?? Tow it back? 2 hrs? To split the cost? No way man is this happening. They gave me a bike that did not work i was told from one of there reps you should expect that from a used bike? Really? Give me a break this is suppose to be a dealership? Not craiglist not a pawnshop. They still just offered my 30day warranty and couldn't help Long story short i didn't have the money to split the cost of towing and i had my bike outside a friend's house where i got stuck since it overheated as i practiced in his neighborhood days later bike got stolen. I have gone to dozens of dealer ships and this one was the absolute best. Dave was the sales person that helped us and he went above and beyond. From explaining what bike would fit my needs and giving realistic advice. Not only did he break down the bill and answered my dozen questions with patience.
