Helped me out when I was in a pinch. Very knowledgeable about the older Japanese bikes. Highly recommend!

I found this place through a friend that uses them for his H D repairs and speaks very highly of…read morethem. I've taken my 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster there for several issues and every time I've had zero problems, they'll be the only mechanic shop I deal with. The first time I went there was in December of 2024, I had a wiring issue where my back brake light and tail light weren't working, they looked at it and found a fuse was blown and told me to go buy some fuses so I did and went back there and they put the fuse in but it had a short in it and blew out again, they diagnosed the problem and tried to solve it and didn't even charge me anything. I brought it back a week later and it was a couple days before Christmas, they said it would be finished before Christmas so after a couple days I called there and they told me the bike had been put into a bay which was out of sight, out of mind and fell through the cracks so it was going to take a couple extra days to get done, when they called me to come pick it up they found there was a pinched wire causing it to short out and blow a fuse, and they billed for 2 hours labor and felt bad for taking longer than they said it would and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, which I thought was very generous of them. I've taken my bike to them a couple times since and have had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Eric since 2015 when he first tuned my 2007 Yamaha R1…read moreat his prior shop. Eric Lee is professional, ethical and his work is top-notch. Most recently I learned that Eric has a character trait that most business owners lack, compassion. I decided to sell my beloved bike so that I may further assist my mother who is battling stage IV breast/bone cancer. I reached out to Eric to have him look over the bike/tune touchup. Eric was booked for a while (as he usually is). After explaining why I needed to bring in my bike sooner rather than later, Eric made time to accommodate my girl under the given circumstances. During the appointment at his new location, I was able to have a more in-depth conversation with Eric. I learned that on top of all his growing list of accolades he also enjoys giving back to the community as well. In commerce filled with the bottom line being all that matters, it's refreshing to add a touch of humanity to an otherwise cold market. Down the road when I am ready to purchase my next bike, I know the only place that I will go. Eric Lee has a lifelong patron in me. If you are looking for a well-rounded business proprietor who truly cares about his customers, stop reading reviews and just go see Eric Lee over at Proven Power Cycles. You will not regret it.
