Honestly, one of thee worst experience of my life. My rep i have to say( manny) was cool besides that total loss . I drove 2hrs away to finance a r6 borrowed a van to tow it .....dropped 1,500 $ cash . The bike turned on for the most part at the dealership. Once taken off the van home bike from the very first night within hours started overheating and choked up as i try to give it some gas .. calling them up I'm told to tow it back?? Tow it back? 2 hrs? To split the cost? No way man is this happening. They gave me a bike that did not work i was told from one of there reps you should expect that from a used bike? Really? Give me a break this is suppose to be a dealership? Not craiglist not a pawnshop. They still just offered my 30day warranty and couldn't help Long story short i didn't have the money to split the cost of towing and i had my bike outside a friend's house where i got stuck since it overheated as i practiced in his neighborhood days later bike got stolen. I never had 1 full day to experience a ride ! A bike! Or my money's worth 1,500 down the drain thanks to this dealership. They knew the bike had problems that's why the rep told me to not rev the bike when i turned it on at the dealer worried ill find the issue right there and then. Thanks a lot . read more

I want zero star. They never fix anything right on my wife scooter even 3rd times. Very simple painting job is so terrible, took more than 3 weeks to complete. Auto shop can do 5x better! I wanted to surprise my wife with new paint but she was very disappointed that they did not a good job. I was so embarrassing and disgusting! Stay away from this place! These guys are great, seriously everyone in there went out of their way for me (to the point where everyone knew my name when I walked in). I was looking to buy a scooter to help build my credit and I went to at least 4 different dealers they weren't pushy or in it to just make a sale. I finally decided on one and the owner did everything to get it at the price point I needed to be at. Anyway long story short the bike I picked had serious problems and they wouldn't let me take it home so instead the upgraded my bike to a newer M5 (all around better bike) with no additional cost to me just to keep a customer happy. Not to mention an awesome helmet at cost. These guys are great and I would recommend them over anyone else, talk to them before deciding you won't regret it. read more

Pros: Financing for low credit scores Cons: Half the cost down; service guys avoid you as much as possible if you have an issue Here's my experience: Got approved for a scooter, put half down. I was told it would take 45 minutes to put a new battery in and test it. 45 minutes turned into 3 hours. I drove my 'new, tested for 3 hours' scooter home, and 2 hours later turned it back on- or tried to. I had to kick start it! It's now been 2 months and I've NEVER been able to start it without kick starting it, not matter how long the previous ride charged it. Then my center stand- the one that holds the bike up straight when it's parked- snapped off. Update: Finally, after a lot of hassle, the scooter was at the shop to be repaired. One day turned into 2 weeks, but it was finally fixed (although one thing they were supposed to fix was ignored). If you're thinking about going to this dealership- DON'T. These guys are awesome. I purchased 2 atvs and ordered a 3rd from them. They had them set up ready to ride . One had to be ordered because my daughter wanted a pink camo. In one week it was ready. I recently had a great experience at Pinellas Powersports and even though I did not buy my bike from them I received excellent service by Jeff and Ryan. The only reason I went with another bike dealer was because they did not have the bike I wanted in stock and I was in a rush to buy so no fault to Pinellas Powersports they have a great selection of bikes I'm just a little picky I admit LOL. I do however plan on trading up to the ZX 10 I wanted with Pinellas Powersports within the next six to eight months so I'll definitely keep checking the website to see when they have one in stock and I'll definitely go back to them,like I said Jeff was able to get me approved in just a few minutes after next Motorsports wouldn't even try to work with me and my credit. Just picked up my new (for me) '12 CBR1000 from Ryan at Pinellas Powersports and could not be happier. Buying a used bike is one thing but buying one, sight unseen, is a totally different story. Everything was exactly as advertised. No bulls*t. No half-assed sales tactics. When i picked it up. the bike was tuned, prepped and looking like it just got off the showroom floor. I have purchased more than few bikes in my life and there always seems to be some story. Not here. I think I got approved while I was on the phone talking with Ryan. I cannot say enough. I had a great experience having my Ninja 250 serviced. I had not driven it in at least 3-6 months, so the battery was bad. I lived nearby, so the service manager, James, immediately arranged for my bike to be picked up at my house and brought in. They quoted me a great price for the battery, carb clean, oil and air filter changed. He also suggested having the fairings bonded and painted where the previous owner dropped it. It was also missing the right turn signal. They did all the work for a great price, no other business can compete. When I went to pick it up, I was very nervous to ride it since it had been such a long time. James arranged for one of his guys to ride it home for me and another guy brought me home.
