Brian, who was gracious enough to take in my bike as a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon, told me the price and duration of the work. I was so happy and thankful that he was openly-honest and upfront about the price and wait-time, but he also informed me that in order to be thorough and honest about clearing the "code" that they would still have to conduct the full inspection of the bike to ensure that it met safe road standards as per their policy and the manufacturer's standards. This was fair and totally expected (and should be the standard everywhere, considering it's a motorcycle we are talking about). I myself already knew all of the things that they would bring up in their inspection report, as I had already put together a list of parts and maintenance activities that i needed to complete before making the trip to this dealership, from Orlando. [The dealership closest me in Orlando was the same distance and ride-time away from my house, I went here, because I visited this location a few years back, when I was in town] What I also liked about my visit to this location is that they employ people that fit into a full spectrum of riders: young, middle-aged, and "older", along with the full gamut of riding-types: street-sport, track-enthusiasts, road-cruisers, etc...it felt like going to a place where the saying "for riders, by riders" rings true on so many levels. I really appreciated this. One thing of note, that I noticed, before it was even mentioned to me, was that one of the techs (Ian) that moved my bike back-and-forth from the front of the shop to the garage and back, took the time to wipe clean the windscreen and front fairing of all the dead bugs from my trip...he did so with a clean microfiber cloth and cleaner spray that everyone uses...it was this level of care and detail that assured me that their customer service is on a level that even they would expect themselves for their own motorcycles. I'll definitely be returning back to this dealership for the interval maintenance that I don't have the tools or time to conduct myself. They saw how well I took care of the vehicle myself and I liked that they respected that I do some of my own maintenance. (Again reiterating my thoughts of "for riders by riders"). It is my hope that my experience from my visit is the same one that you get when you go in yourself. I hope I don't sound too snobby or "uppity" when I say that: Triumph is a Euro-imported brand that isn't in the same price range of the Asian brands...so we should expect to pay a little more...for both parts and service, so sticker/invoice shock shouldn't be too surprising once you get it.

So as a motorcycle rider for the last 49 years, I have owned dozens and dozens of bikes from nearly…read moreevery manufacturer and type of bike from off-road to street to cruisers to baggers and decided to get something light nimble affordable, but I want high-quality and better looking than what the big four could offer. So after already owning a triumph and decided to move forward with this brand and spent the last two days with Charlie and interacted for multiple hours, with every single member of that staff at the particular location of Tampa triumph, and for the sake of brevity, it was the best experience I can remember not only for buying a motorcycle, but for anything. Specifically, my salesman Charlie retired army officer I would expect no less than the best professional guidance. He was incredibly patient we test road multiple motorcycles. The finance was done literally in less than 20 minutes. The general manager was so easy to work with and the parts manager was just down to earth and chill. At no point that I feel rushed they were patient even after nearly signing paperwork for a Daytona 660 which was gorgeous. My aging body just cannot handle that style and I left with probably one of the top three most enjoyable motorcycles I've ever owned. The fit the finish craftsmanship. The power band is styling the looks and the sophistication of the 2025 speed 400 nearly rivals the three Ducati's that I've owned and is every bit as nice as the multiple Harleys I've ridden and owned throughout the years. In short, the bike is as fun as a barrel of monkeys and I could not be happier more to follow up on reliability and long-term use, but I'll tell you it's nice. A lot of dealers don't have time for you. They don't wanna make the time they just want you in buy something and leave and that is not the experience that I had the current staff and I mean every member of the staff at this office provided just unbelievably professional and incredible service not only am I happy with the bike, but I'm glad that I'm tethered to them at least while I own this bike. I'd go in and look around and see what they have to offer. They had 100 different motorcycles. If you can't find something there, you ain't gonna find it. E Jones Army Retired

When a salesman lies and misrepresents a motorcycle before you even talk to him, there's a problem. You should definitely go somewhere else.

A few weeks back I bought a new bike from the good folks at the Broward Motorsports Port Richey…read morestore. Did all the dealing over the phone with salesman Carter Gavlock. We live about 100 miles away. I had one of the same kind of bike in 2012 when they first came out. Carried it on a Versa Haul rack on the back on my motor coach all over the country for three years. Put 16,000 miles on it. The "kid packs" on their crotch rockets always got a kick out of this old gray haired man (65 at the time) carrying and riding a bright green SE Kawai 14R. I loved the shock factor. At any rate, I recently read the 2025 was to be the final edition of the ZX-14R. You guessed it, had to have one before they went away. I liked the new matt red color, so that didn't hurt. From the time I first talked to Carter from home, through arriving at the dealer to take delivery, it was an absolute pleasure. The deal was straight forward and very reasonable, the on-site experience was superb, and the others involved at the dealership could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Both the manager/supervisors Travis and Chris, the business/finance guy Zach (no B.S. pressure to buy extras), and the title clerk Tracy were all simply terrific. Carter even loaded the bike on my trailer. How's that for follow-through? Fast forward a month or so. I'm looking around for a used Bonneville. I used to own a 650 when I first started riding in the early 60's. That was some bike back in the day. More than terrorized a few sportsters, we did (smile). Nonetheless, being kind on a sentimental guy, and having great memories of the old Bonnie, I thought a new version might be a nice addition to the garage. I found a beautiful T120 sitting outside in the sunlight at another dealer on the other side of the state. Then I walked into the showroom and just by happenstance cast my eyes on a brand new Rocket 3 Evil Knievel edition. Say what you will about love at first sight. It can be real - for more than beautiful gals. I've luckily enjoyed a long life of every bit of all that. Safe it to say I am in the process of having Carter and his dealership get me one. That would never happen if I had not experienced the exceptionally enjoyable process with them on my new 14R. Give 'em a try before you buy anywhere else. I've experience dealers all over the world, mostly in the U.S. Owned hundreds of bikes. It's a real treasure to find a truly good dealership. Especially when they sell and service the brands you favor.
