Every thing these guys did for me was amazing. I applied for financing at 3 or 4 in the morning and by about 9 that same day I got a call from Brittney. Sent all my other information in and was ready to pick up the bike. I knew the price was a good deal so I put a holding payment on it cause the bike would have been gone if I didn't. I drove 6 hours to pick it up and boy! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and shown the bike not even a minute later. The deal was a gorgeous as Brittney herself. Tommy did a seal on the fork in no time, checked the battery and had me on the road as happy as could be. Marv further explained some of the things I was signing to a great deal. Brittney had everything ready even before I walked in the door. Everyone was personable and beyond professional. I can't thank everyone at Cycle Exchange enough for the hospitality and welcome especially Brittney. Bought a 2020 scooter for my wife. She loves it. It's cheap, but it's cute and it's new. 2 1/2 weeks (about 140 miles) things started coming loose. So I brought it back to them. They fixed everything on the list but they scratched the left front of the bike (about the size of a hand palm about 1/4" deep ) and the floorboard corner). It's bad when you have to take pics of the before pics to prove the bike was in excellent condition for a 2020. The funny part is that the guys wanted me to trust them with my harley ???? Would not recommend to anyone. Not professional! Called to have tires mounted and balanced was told they could do it within the time frame I asked. Showed up the next day to have it done to be told they aren't taking in any service jobs. 2 to 3 weeks behind and are only working on their bikes that are for sale. So how to start this off...after searching for my boyfriend and reading reviews I finally found cycle exchange! The reviews are what finally won me over. So we gave them a call. Now mind you I'm a lover of sportbikes and so is he both of us have owned our fair share. So anyways we call and get CJ , this dude had me sold from the get go!!!! He was so nice and always on point with what he was talking about and I knew he had experience . He gets Josh preapproved and we make a trip now mind you we live 3 hours away(that's how much we like this dude just over the phone). We pull up and they have all the bikes and their glory sitting outside shining like gods. CJ and marvin walk out and greet us right away. My boyfriend find 3 bikes he likes right off the bat.! Talk about top knot exhausts!!! So we thought we had the one picked out. Fast forward a week after and we yet again show up with a deposit to hold down the bike and CJ blasts us with a new bike it's a glorious 2012 Kawasaki zx10r with only 8200 miles on it for the slammin price of 7800 (WHATTT) so marvin helps us because CJ is busy and we put the deposit down, mind you these guys are amazing men and always keep you company. So today we go to pick up the bike , it's a Wednesday and the banks are just being horrid and trying to get the insurance and the entire time they walked us through and always kept us in the loop. My boyfriend walked out with an amazing bike yall. I'm one happy Nebraska girl that's all I got to say. To see this smile on my boyfriends face made everything worth it. I recently traded in my Sportster towards a purchase of a night train. Crocker was awesome. Service guy was awesome. (i forget his name). They even changed out the new mirrors i had recently installed on the sportster and put them on the night train for free. I'll be in next week for a few upgrades. On a second note how can we take a picture of something that wasn't on your lot. I have updated and attached the photo of when the picture of the bike was taken and it was clearly on the lot. Very misleading with prices and will gauge you for imperfect credit! Saw a 2014 Harley 883 priced at $6,899 . Filled out the application and was called back next day. They wanted me to put down $2,800 down and pay $240/month for 48 months!! Essentially paying $14,320!!! with a 30 day warranty?! A new 883 at Harley starts at just under $9,000 with a 2 year warranty.. Then the justification of the pricing blew my mind. Obviously the guy that called me back (Eduardo I believe) had no clue of what he was saying nor could he answer my questions with clarity. . I had too many questions for him..I asked about the interest rate he says they don't go by interest rate. Ok then how do you come up with the numbers you gave me..." I have no control over that..I don't make those decisions. "His sales skills are nonexistent. He tells me it's not the cheapest bike they have. Well it actually is the 2nd lowest priced Harley there..The lowest $3999 still has no picture so I don't trust it.. So why not try to get me into another bike like the $3999 or one of the other cheaper cruisers? If by some reason you still decide to buy there after reading all these negative reviews and you end up overpaying by double the listed price or have mechanical issues you deserve it all.. The only place you'll find a good review for them is on their own website..surprise surprise.. I guess they figured I wasn't going to crunch the numbers and realize the huge difference in price! Buyer beware!! They sold my son a bike that was never right, and they would not fix it. They sold it without a rear brake, but promised to put one on, but it took me nine months to get it and hounding them. And even after that, the brake did not work. The bike itself was never right, fortunately I had a warranty that I purchased with it, and went to another dealership and had the work done to fix it. The owner was less than friendly when my son tried to talk to him. They want to make the sale and then go to the next one. It's basically a place for desperate buyers, like a buy here/pay here lot for cars. Do NOT use moto lease unless you are prepared to pay 3 to 4 times the value of the motorcycle. You will never get out of it, and will regret it after you start making your payments. Sadly this has really soured his whole exposure to bikes. read more
