After doing a bit of research I found this shop that had great reviews and was pretty close to my house so I decided to give it a try... and boy am I so glad I did. Upon walking in... I was greeted immediately by the staff member at the front desk. She was super welcoming and made you feel like you were walking into her home. I told her the reason I was coming in... and she was able to squeeze me in on the same day, which I truly appreciated it. I had advised her that I wasn't sure if my tire could be saved or if I would have to buy a new tire. After making that statement my mind automatically thought the worst... and figured they might tell me to buy a new tire since it would be more profit for them... but to my surprise after 40 mins the gentlemen working on my car said that he was all done and they were able to just patch my tire...and the pricing was way less then what I thought it was going to be. The gentlemen even went as far as to help me loosen the knob on my spare tire as well...after I expressed concerns about it being on too tight. Without hesitation, he automatically went to go grab his tools to assist me, which I truly appreciated since he didn't even have to go out of his way to do that. Overall, I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who has car service needs or is looking to buy new wheels or tires. Their customer service and professionalism is unmatched. I now have a new go to spot for all of my future car maintenance needs!

From the comfy couch to the big welcome from Jake the Lab (make sure to play some catch with him), you feel as if you have friends taking care of your treasured ride. I brought my '05 Harley in to get new bars, cables, and add some takeoffs from a friend on to my bike. Tom and Brian did their best to explain everything, work efficiently, and try to save me some money in the long run. Most shops want you to buy the most expensive item, then juice you on the hourly labor, but not here. They do their best to get you what you need, and get you rolling. They also do an AMAZING job with custom fab work, they build bikes from scratch (as opposed to certain "custom" shops who just ASSEMBLE bikes), and have a great in house paint guy. Swing by one of their (usually) monthly garage parties, where people swap parts, they have vendors, and...EVERY bikers' favorite...FREE FOOD AND BEER! It is a great chance to shoot the bull and get ideas and estimates if you want. If you want a glitzy, glamorous shop that will smile to your face, and overcharge you for shoddy work, look elsewhere. Okay, the damage was significant and I am not knowledge one car mechanics to dispute the total amount. And so I left the car there to be take taking apart inspected and properly diagnosed, and for the claim or bill to be sent to the insurance of the driver who hit me, all the while I was driving a rental. After seven days exactly I called Classic Collision and ask them about the status of my vehicle, margarita informed me that they were still waiting on Geico ( the fault drivers insurance ) To respond to the amount due for the services. I was furious that I had not been updated within at least 48 hours of GEICO's lack of communication. So then I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental to be extended, and deal with The guy Insurance, who eventually ended up responding to the claim as a total loss, since they did not want to cover the damages. After Several days of communicating with agents from GEICO, I was able to have them agree to cover the cost, I work in the medical field, and luckily, I have some understanding of how Insurance is work. Thank goodness for that, otherwise I would've had no choice, but to put my faith into Classic Collision, who did a horrible job with communicating with me and the insurance.. The second and current problem that I still have, is that they did not properly fix my car door, prior to this accident the driver door would function properly. And after the accident, the door was not able to fully close, I even have videos left me driving through the car wash and water leaking in just stays after the car accident. I drove the vehicle back to Classic Collision's and show them, the manager there I think her name may be Michelle, she told me that it would be an out-of-pocket cost. So they basically receive payment from an insurance without fully doing the job. I was strongly recommend before choosing this shop, to do some research, and nacho sound reviews, because reviews can be filtered out by companies. But by real people, and their experiences with shops around town. That was my experience.
