Another multi line dealership. But listening to some employees talking about firings and departure of employees sounds like a dealership in trouble. Nice selection of bikes, mostly touring with some of the *lesser* models, nothing in the middle. Indian branded clothing level was ok. Dealer tees? Great if you wore small. Basically ignored after we walked in we only got acknowledged when we made it to the parts counter. The guy was helpful, but said there are no plans to get new shirts until the others were sold out. Hmm may be awhile before you sell out of the few dozen small shirts sitting on the shelf. Oh well, at least one of us can wear small. They had dealer poker chips so all was not lost. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE -- Worst Service Ever! I brought my bike in for a simple inspection on a Saturday. I was told the earliest they could look at it was Wednesday (4 days later). Fine -- I left the bike expecting it to be checked on that day. Friday comes -- no update. I call to check in, and they still hadn't looked at it. I'm told, "We'll check it tomorrow." A full week goes by -- still nothing. I call again: STILL NOT LOOKED AT. Finally, after two weeks and multiple calls, they inspect it and say it needs a carburetor rebuild. I authorize the repair. Two more weeks pass with zero communication. I call again -- they say it's ready. On my way there, I get a call: "Actually, it's leaking gas and needs more work." Another week: still not looked at. At one point they said it sounded like it was only running on two cylinders which turned into it needing a new petcock. That part took another few weeks to fix. In total: over 3 MONTHS to get my bike back -- and then they had the nerve to try charging me a storage fee. Absolutely unprofessional, unorganized, and unacceptable. STAY AWAY. read more

Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I came in for an inspection and a chain after I just bought a bike ( yr 2020 ) and brought it to them. They kept it for three days told me that it was ready,did a test ride, and that the bike looked healthy and clean from the inspection.The only thing they had to replace was the battery. So, I went and picked it up and tried to ride it. The check engine light went on AFTER THE INSPECTION so I turned around showed it to the owner who took it in the back then said the bike won't start and they recommended a diagnostic that costed $160. They should've seen the check engine light and try to fix that during the inspection. The receptionist for the shop said that it was probably the starter,spark plug, or coil that wouldn't allow the bike to start. I said no to the diagnostic, they tried to recommend some other parts while to holding my keys for an extra 20 min while I was trying to take it to another shop. What end up happening was, there was loose mounting bolts, chain too tight, some other stuff,and the tire pressure was at 10 psi. WHICH THEY SHOULDVE CHECKED DURING THE INSPECTION. He blames his staff every time, On August 1st he told me If i didnt have the title within a week he'd refund me. It's August 26th and I don't have it. I also set off the check engine light, I know, way to go. Pros: - I haven't been to Moramoto since the remodel and it looks great. It's spacious and feels incredibly clean. - Friendly staff. The staff here is great. Jakub took my call over the phone and was happy to get me in quickly. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my random questions. - Once I got the bike back, it felt brand new. This review is for their service department: In short, they are excellent and I would recommend. I brought in a 2006 KLR650 after having another shop mess around with the thing for 6 weeks (no-start issue). These guys were able to get everything done in about 2.5 weeks, with the majority of that waiting on parts. I will say, if you have a Kawasaki - they have to order parts from their sister store in Orlando, and things can get lost in between (this happened with me). After the part had not shown up, the service manager overnighted the part direct to the store to make sure we completed the bike by the deadline. I don't leave many reviews, but these guys were certainly worthy of 5 stars, even with the hiccup on the one part. I travel a lot for work and have experienced mechanics all over the country. These guys have very good communication skills and truly love what they do. Always nice to see people with a passion for their work. FOR NEW RIDERS: This is a great place to go, the guys here are always excited to answer questions and make sure you're comfortable. There can be some snobby gatekeeping when it comes to enthusiasts in any hobby, but I got NONE of that here. These gentlemen were always excited to see new guys want to experience the thrill of riding. Set up an appointment so I could go test ride some bikes. Ended up spending an hour and a half there before they even got 1 set of keys. The sales guys were to busy talking to finance to give a shit about the customer. I didn't even want to finance, I had cash in hand for any motorcycle in there and when I finally got to test ride a bike, absolutely hated it. I purchased the KTM 890 adventure on 8/19 2023. I could not have been more pleased with the entire staff at Moramoto. I don't believe that there was a single employee working that day, who didn't walk up to me and asked me how I was doing and share their love for the ride. I wish that I could remember everyone's name, but there was just too many people, and my brain is not that big! Lmfao. I do however, wish to give a special shout out to Brandon and Jonathan. They went so far beyond and above any expectations I could have had prior to walking into the dealership. On a Friday evening, they stayed almost 2 hours late to make sure that everything I was requesting was taking care of and that I was without any reservations upon making my purchase. I have never experienced that level of customer service, and genuine caring for the customer experience, regardless of what kind of vehicle I was buying. Below is a letter I had to submit to them before bringing my bike back to be service and the problems still exist: Please see the following timeline of events covering the motorcycle issues for the 2008 Ducati *********************** purchased from Moramoto on 6th May 2019. May 6th 2019 - I, **********, purchased 2008 Ducati S*********** May 21st 2019 - I, picked up the serviced Motorcycle from Moramoto with 18,819 miles on the odometer May 22st - May 27th - I,rode the motorcycle for 127 miles total over 6 days. (18946 Miles on the dash at the time of turn in to Moramoto) May 28th 2019 - I, am returning the motorcycle to Moramoto service center because of the following issues; 1. Motorcycle headlights and dashboard light cuts off continuously while riding at night 2. Motorcycle neutral light periodically does not cut on indicating when the bike is in neutral. 3. Loud "Metal to Metal" noise from the right side of the bike shaking the handle bars. 4. Motorcycle cannot sit idle in 1st gear (with clutch pulled) without overheating, cutting off or smoking. 5. Motorcycle struggles to Skip Neutral when transitioning from 1st to 2nd Gear. They have a new business between Dade City and zephyrhills. Only one month old. I Brought in an older four wheeler that was shorting out a fuse. I had replaced 2 relays that were both purchased from them. I told the service writer of the fuse blowing before and after the new parts. I called a week later to see the status as he had stated they were new business and not terribly busy. He said The mechanic had found the issue. They were going to keep testing some other things to see if there were any more issues. After two weeks I called back he said it needed $1500 worth of repairs. The four wheeler is old and not worth that I informed him. He kept telling me about the carburetor not being OEM and that that would have to be replaced as well. He also stated they couldn't locate one. I picked up the four wheeler believing what he had told me, that the short was located and fixed. I got it home and found that it was not. It appeared as though The mechanic went off of what the service writer had put on the sheet which was that it had not run in six months. The mechanic then looked up all of the parts he believed it would take to make it run including the carburetor. The mechanic had never bench tested any of the electrical components to be able to accurately discern which components were bad. He took an assumption that all the components were bad including the carburetor. Therefore wanting to charge me to replace all of those components. I talked to another service writer after I realized what had happened and after I was home. I explained to her that the mechanic had not tested anything but made an assumption all the parts were bad including the carb which he could not have tested since he never got it to turn over. I was told that he couldn't get it to run because one of the battery ends was broken. I got it to turn over by by-passing the relay utilizing the same battery end. She stated that I could bring it back and they would go through and fix those electrical issues. I know the employees, and management still get a paycheck. It's the business owner that suffers for bad service. I feel like I was lied to or at least let on you believe something that was not true. $140 for them to look up parts and make assumptions isn't good service. They are to new to have anything on yelp yet. I hoping that this will get back to someone who can make some changes. read more

BEWARE!!! Took in a scooter to replace front and back tires. It was returned to with the following issues: back brakes were not connected and rear tire rim was warped. They apologized for not connecting the back brakes but shrugged their shoulders when I pointed out their Fu*kup on the rear rim . I will not recommend this business to anyone!!!! Go somewhere else!! I still feel ripped off. I brought the bike in because the rpms would stay up as I held he clutch in and was slowing down. When coming to a full stop the rpms would finally drop to idle. They charged me close to $500 for 2 seals, spark plugs, and an air filter and gave it back. It was still doing it so when I spoke to the shop manager Jimmy he said that was normal for my type of carburetor while it was In motion and he sent me on my way. Many people on Facebook groups told me otherwise so I brought it back and spoke to a sales manager. He said he would take care of it. The shop manager called me and asked if I messed with the fuel air ratio screws. I told him I don't even know where those are! He said they adjusted them and it is fixed. It does run good now, bur my point is, why did I pay $500 for a tune up I probably didn't even need, get lied to when I said it wasn't fixed, and then get accused of tampering with it? I like the counter people there but as long as Jimmy is the service manager I will not return. read more
