I never leave reviews and typically not that guy but this place consistently lets me down!! I purchased 2 DF300s last year and the whole experience was ridiculous: The customer service here is nonexistent, when you do speak with one they are always rude. Forget about any type of warranty work because you can't even get a tech to help you. No mobile support, no water access, so if you want service you will need a trailer and a ton patience. read more

I had a very terrible experience with this Shop and someone from the office. After I was charged $975.40 plus $912.05 for some work they claimed my boat need it I got another bill of $180 just because I requested a water taste drive after service was done on it. Erick never mentioned to me about charging me more money just cause I wanted a guarantee on the work they did to my boat. This dude from the office was very rude and racist just keep saying you have to pay. I asked him. Mr.do you think that is fair to you if your car mechanic charges you to taste your car on the road after work is done on it and replied that it was different. In either case, I was never notified by Erick that I was going to be charged just for putting my boat in the water. This guy from the office was so money hungry and very low on customer service. I would not recommend using them. Just got through a terrible experience on a job I paid them to perform. First they charged for work that I didn't need nor requested. Then after I get my boat back first trip out my fuel gauge, water pressure gauge and my bottom machine are all off line. All of those items where working fine and not part of the original work order. It's worth mentioning they where paid to install a new jack plate and rewire the running lights and the live well pump and install a new fuel filter behind the manifold. They took it upon themselves to do a tune up which I already did including anodes back in June. Paid them anyway for the tuneup just wanted to get my boat back and leave. When I returned the boat they basically tried to blame me for everything. Even claiming their was no fuel in the boat. Which wasn't true their was 2/3 of a tank. My recommendation is to find another service shop and avoid these guys. They won't account for themselves. Frankly I could barley get their manager to call me back. Which was pointless cause when you do talk to him he won't account for anything. If you ask him a question he avoids the answer. I had purchased this motor from them about 10 years ago. I've always taken this boat to them. I'll never do business with them again. read more

I ordered what was supposed to be a "complete" rigging kit. I was informed by my boat mechanic that there was a wiring harness missing. At first he called and was told by the girl that answers the phones (not a mechanic or parts technician) that he plugged something in wrong. He tried to explain that the part was not in the box and everything that could be plugged in was. She would not even listen to him and just kept arguing that he plugged something in wrong and wouldn't even let him speak to a technician to figure out what the part number was that needed to be ordered for the part that was MISSING! After he told me how unhelpful and rude she was, I (the customer) called and asked to speak with a technician, then she proceeded to argue with me and refused to let me talk to a technician. I can't believe the absolute lack of customer service this company has. After spending $2,500 with this place I would think they would be more helpful. At least tell us what part it is we need to order even if you won't admit that the part was left out. If nothing else, this place needs a new receptionist because the one they currently have is extremely rude and unhelpful!! read more
