I had a list of items for repair that I texted to there office girl, Jasmine. I had a 5 year warranty for the RV so the repairs would be covered. I also texted Jasmine copies of my warranty card. I dropped the RV off on Sunday when Nathan, the owner, was working there. He assured me that everything would be repaired when I picked it up. My boss was with me and witnessed the whole encounter. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They had my RV for over 200 days and when I got it back nothing was repaired as promised by Nathan. In fact there was more damaged caused by several hurricanes while they had it in their possession. I have witnesses and documentation to prove this. Nathan lied to me face to face. I did nothing to warrant this kind of treatment. The only mistake I made was bringing my RV to them for repair in the first place. I thought they were a reputable company but they are not. We were so excited! Until Kyle went M.I.A. He told us he would return after working an "RV Show." No show. After several messages. Kyle answered 1 of them by saying "Sorry. I didn't have my phone." (Kyle is the business owner by the way) He never gave a time or date of return to finish the job. Numerous messages were sent and ignored by Kyle. Makes me wonder how he stays in business. I call/ emailed several companies. When I spoke with the people at RV Roof Worx I knew they would be the one to give me an estimate. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. They gave a great price to inspect and if there was a need to reseal. When Alex arrived he did a through inspection of the roof with pictures. Explained what he found and said he could do the repairs as discussed but there were things in time that could give me a problem. He said I would benefit doing a coating system with silicone for the entire roof plus couple other suggestions but I would not have to do it now unless I wanted to. He sent the pictures to the office and they sent back what it would cost to do everything. It was not unreasonable and I knew I would want sometime in the future so I agreed. Alex obtained what he needed to complete the job and worked for hours and kept me informed He was very Courteous and respectful. When he completed his job, he took more picture and it was beautiful and I am very pleased and the roof now has a 20 year warranty. I am now at peace knowing there be no leaks to mess up my coach. I would come to this company if I need any other things done in the future. I highly recommend them.
