So, it looks like this is the first review on Yelp for Black Label Marine Group, Pinellas Park location. I'm honored and thrilled to be the first one to review this boat dealer! These guys were really, really good to me, and really went out of their way to accommodate me. They were super easy to deal with, fun, and genuinely good people. I am a female so it's not every day that a female buys a boat.... But not once did I feel taken advantage of, oversold, or disregarded. These guys sell high end, incredible boats that are probably close to, if not more- than half a million dollars on their lot; yet, even though I was buying a boat less than even $20,000 dollars, they treated me as if I were buying a yacht. I shopped for months and months prior to finding Black Label Marine Group, and from the moment I contacted them, until I actually made it into the store to start the purchase of my boat+ they were nothing but responsive, and super accommodating. I worked with Brian "The coolest Irish guy on the planet"- ask for him, and buy your next boat from these guys - people like this are hard to find, you won't go wrong! Stan actually jumped in to try and retrieve it The owner had a 26 Caymas at his house and we met Donny Testa there for a ride The owner spent 30 minutes with us and made us feel welcome to come back anytime Will filmed a video on our 28 Caymas that was top notch When we went for financing, Carrie set us up with a lower rate than we expected Great company with great service from the top down. Stan with Black Label Marine Group is very rude. I was at the Tampa Boat Show looking at the Sea Fox models when he comes up on the boat and ask "where my parents were" and that I should convince "mommy and daddy" to buy one of the boats. When I told him that I worked for a company that uses Sea Fox he said "oh so you know all about these little Sea Foxes". For starters, I have a boat that costs more than the Sea Fox model I was looking at. Secondly, I would never want to do service with a sales representative who wants to act like a child and judge a book by its cover. If I found out one of my sales representatives ever talked to a client like that I would fire them. read more
