When your car needs more than a repair, you go to the people who show up…read more I was referred to John Erb's shop by my friend, and it became clear fast why people send you their way. John and Scott (shop owner) didn't treat our situation like a routine car stoping in for work, he took a personal interest and made our problem his own. That kind of service where you are valued and what you care about is considered more than the $$$$ dollar signs is rare, and his team follows suit. They move with precision and pride, a well‑oiled operation that delivers results. This wasn't just a repair; it was a rescue mission. The car wasn't only made safe -- it was made better. Clear communication, no surprises, and work done the right way. If you're looking for a shop you can trust, this is where you go!

I came to this shop last week and paid over $100 to fix a supposed air leak in my tire. Three days…read morelater, my tire light came back on. When I stopped by, the tech said my tires were leaking again due to nails -- which they already knew about the first time -- and claimed they'd now "plug them." I assumed they were correcting their mistake. Instead, without any warning, they slapped me with another $70 charge. When I politely questioned it, the man behind the counter snatched my receipt, ripped it in half, threw it at me, and screamed, "You bitches think everything is free," followed by calling me a "dumb bitch" and telling me to "get the f*** out and never come back." As a woman alone, I felt completely disrespected and unsafe. No customer should ever be spoken to that way -- period. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic decency is disgusting. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone -- especially women -- to avoid this place at all costs.

I brought a pontoon to Priority Welding after another welder over-pressurized the tube causing a…read moreblowout. Dave assured me they were experts capable of correcting the issue. Priority did more harm than good and literally broke my boat, hid the damage, and then allowed me to put an unsafe vessel back in the water. Their faulty repair weakened the structural integrity of the pontoon and led to catastrophic failure. I reached out to Priority to at least recover the $4,280 paid for their shoddy craftsmanship but have received no response. Costs to have the boat properly repaired have now exceeded $9,000. In the pictures, you can see the pontoon removed from the deck, as well as examples of some of the work they did. To remove the tube required breaking two factory welds. I was not informed of this, and they did not do anything to reconnect the pontoon properly, creating a flex point at the bow. They also improperly welded next to existing welds without grinding out the old welds first, which immediately cracked. We try to trust established businesses to help with things we are not capable of doing ourselves. In this case, there will have to be legal intervention, as Priority seems disinterested in offering a true solution. After the boat was completely stripped down, they offered to have me bring the boat by so they could take another stab at it. If they didn't get it right in the first place, and knowingly caused damage, why would I entrust them to lay a finger on the vessel again? Finding a good welder is not the easiest thing, but there is no excuse for a lack of integrity when your company falls short. This was not just dropping the ball; this was putting people's lives in danger.

They messed up our project and refuse to make it right without legal intervention.read more

At first, I thought it was another scam, because we have had so many, we can't count. I gave Bob a call back and I let him give his testimony of his company. I told him what we wanted, and he talked to his boss and came very close to what we needed. From the girls in the office (Crystal and Marsha) to the gentleman (Shawn) who came and inspected RV (Shawn likes to make you sweat :) ) everyone was excellent to deal with. I wish I would have known about this company a year ago. Thank you all for making this transaction less painful.
