At first it was difficult to get information over the phone and to schedule an appointment. Apparently there was one person who may have the expertise for my Subaru. Maybe there was another reason, who knows? When I was there I asked very direct questions based on my limited knowledge of my car's issues and a previous estimate from the dealership. I didn't get direct answers and basically was told they'd have to work on the car to get the full picture. I made the mistake of sharing a written estimate. They basically recommended a lot of work which would require me to spend about what was on the previous estimate from the dealer, but not the exact same work. I was primarily concerned with anything that would effect safety and just being able to depend on the car not breaking down. They recommended new tires because of rot. I hadn't seen any rot but I took their word for it. They also did some suspension work, less than what I was going to get done at the dealership. I think they wanted me to buy tires through them also but that wasn't happening. After their work, I got my car back and got new tires from Costco. I still spent a lot of money. The quality of the work was good but the service, exchange of information and overall experience wasn't good. I know a few things about cars, I just don't work on them anymore because of all of the new technology. I think I know enough to know that I probably spent a few hundred dollars more than I needed to. Good quality work but not the value that I anticipated based on the reviews.

This time, my 2017 Dodge Caravan needed front brakes because they had started squeaking, and I was honestly scared to drive especially with my three children in the car. I called them on a Friday around 2:00 PM, not expecting much because it was late in the day. By 4:30 PM, Mike was already at my house checking my brakes. By 5:30 PM, he was replacing them, and everything was finished before dark. Once again, they made sure I was safe on the road, and their service was nothing short of amazing. Mike's professionalism, kindness, and quick response mean everything to me. What touched me most was the empathy he was done working for the day and could have gone home to relax with his family, but instead, he and Gina made the decision to come out and take care of my van so I could drive safely with my kids. The rental company roadside assistance never showed up, allowing me to potentially miss my flight! I was still at the gas station when my plane began boarding. At this point there was no hope :/ Until a man, whose name I never got, unfortunately, walked into the gas station convenience store. He knew the attendant, where he was asked if he can at all assist me. He didn't make me any promises but said he would try. Well, he DID get my door unlocked at the nick of time, and I made my flight my ONE single minute. He was a godsend at that moment and can't thank him enough. This business is super lucky to have an employee like this. I never got his name but he is a bald guy who like me, speaks Spanish as well as English. After being recommended to V W Moters, I had my car towed to this company because it wouldn't start. The owner quickly troubleshooted and fixed my car within the same day. I required 2 new batteries and when I picked it up later that day, it started back up with no issues. The prices were also fair and reasonable compared to what a Mercedes dealership would have charged me. Fast forward a few weeks and I noticed my brakes were going bad and called last minute on a Friday for an estimate. Although closing within the hour he asked me to bring the car by for an accurate estimate. Turns out my brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and he didn't feel comfortable with me driving off with my car in this condition. Since I have no other form of transportation I was offered a vehicle to drive if he could not get the parts in and car fixed by the following day when they close at noon so that I could get to work on Monday. Very grateful for this kind gesture but I declined since I live close by. My car was ready by 10 am the next day and again, the price was fair and much cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone there is super nice and professional. The prices are fair. The work is reliable. I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future for any car related issues as well as referring my friends who are looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
