Bennette's Auto Repair is a mechanic shop on another level. I have done business with many different auto shops in my lifetime and in contrast, the service is literally like night and day! For starters, the customer service is consistently top of the line. If for some reason they miss your call, they call you back promptly even if you didn't leave a voice message. I've found most mechanics to be terrible at answering their phone at all. The ones that do answer are very short with you and seem inconvenienced if asked more than 2-3 basic questions. In comparison, these guys are friendly, enthusiastic, and actually helpful! They work with your schedule as best as they can and even recommend the best local businesses for work they don't perform i.e. auto body shop. Don't just take my word for it; do yourself a favor and call them; even just to get info regarding your specific need. From the initial phone call, you'll see what I'm talking about. Even more importantly, Bennett's Auto Shop is honest and operates with integrity. My very first experience with them was when my car started making an alarming rattling sound while driving on the highway. I was sure it would be a minimum of several hundred dollars in repair. Bennet made a way to fit me in the schedule toward the end of the day, took the time to jack the car up, and saw that a simple loose screw was causing all the racket. He was completely transparent, and even showed my husband what he had found. How many of you know that the majority of places nowadays would have slapped you with a large bill and you wouldn't even be informed of the simplicity of the repair. With that being said, we weren't even charged for the service. If you're looking for a place that you can trust, you've found it! This place holds themselves to a higher standard and they conduct business with a spirit of excellence. Nate has practically rebuilt my entire work van. He also installed the offroad suspension on my 4x4 which has seen some of the toughest trails in the country. I've never, ever had an issue with any work done here. read more

I was recommended to Bennett's Auto Repair from a happy customer when I was in need of a good and trustworthy mechanic. Before I scheduled an appointment I read the great reviews on Yelp--which made me feel even better to give this place a try. Long story short... Bennett's has lived up to their reputation and I'm more than pleased with their services and transparency. I have never felt like I was getting ripped off (especially as a lady) and was never upsold anything that isn't needed. Nate, the owner, is a great guy who is professional, informative and considerate. I can tell he stays in business as a direct result of these qualities. My car has been a little mysterious over the past several months and Nate is always very responsive. He helps accommodate us bringing in the car as quickly as we can, does tons of research (that he explains thoroughly), and even follows up a couple days later. I have no complaints!! My son & I decided to go & try out Bennett's Auto Repair after I did a google search & found it. We own a Mazda3 & have always taken our car to Ferman Mazda; however, there were times when we were being told we needed mechanical work when we didn't. When we went to Bennett's we weren't disappointed. Nate is VERY friendly, helpful, professional, caring & one of the most honest people ever. Many mechanics unfortunately seem to be all about making money. This is something a person wouldn't have to be concerned about at Bennett's. Their prices are also much lower compared to other repair shops. We highly recommend anyone to take their car to be repaired here.
