Absolutely awesome service! Chris was quick and efficient when I came in looking for someone to fix my bumper. It had been halfway torn off and secured with a rope. Chris charged me $50 and took 45 minutes to make it like brand new. Unbelievable! I was so happy with how quick the service was and the price that I had to leave a review. Some tips for your visit: - Parking is limited, you may have to wait to enter or park on the side of the street. - Weekends are busier, so it's best to go during the week if you can. - There is a fee if you pay with a card. read more

The owner is not professional, work is never done on time and he shakes you down for prepayment.

Jim was everything he made sure my insurance was on point even got them to buy 2 brand new top of the line tires. My truck looked so good I love it and I definitely recommend read more

Jim was awesome. He got us a quote cheaper than anyone else, and he had our car back within a week. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone. Especially if you are paying out of pocket. read more

Jim and his team are incredible!!! Had very good experience with my wife's 2011 Toyota Avalon and Jim went way above to find very rare parts. On top of that when his team went to do the repair on the grill, they found they had to fix a dent in the front bumper before they could do the mount for the grill. Long story short his team worked extra hard to get this done in one afternoon and Jim gave us a very fair price for the unexpected "body work read more

We got the estimate on Tuesday, The hood was damaged by the Sun. All the way to the metal because there were rust stains. It was ready by Weds. our car looked brand new. They painted the top and detailed our car inside and out. You pay a little more but it's just like the saying goes "You get what you pay for". We intend on using them for all of these types of needs. read more

I had a friend recommend this location to me for some repair on the front end for my Camry and a man named Chris really took care of me and my needs. The entire front looked brand new, but what I didn't expect was how nice the rest of the car looks (I'm assuming hand washed, but I didn't ask), including a deep cleaning scrub of my interior! My daughter is turning 8 soon and anyone with kids like me probably assume their back seats are just lost and hopeless because of how disruptive kids naturally are, but I was very impressed with how they seemed to go the extra mile. They handled my transactions over the phone and quickly, they made me want to actually write a review rather than just go about my life. read more

Absolutely amazing! I came to Jim with honestly a impossible situation.. Something I would have even turned down myself and most did! But Jim still took me in and helped me out. He went above and beyond on my car even when I had damage prior to my accident, he took the time to notify me and assured me he would take care of it. Through this whole situation Jim had nothing but compassion and strong will! He even went out of his way to detail the inside of my car. As you can see from the pictures below my car was a hot mess but thanks to Jim everything's good! I also want to thank his other staff he has working as well they were super nice and helpful and were very understanding of my situation. I'll definitely be coming to Jim from now on I need any type of service work on my car, Thank you so much All Makes Collision. I really appreciate it read more

I felt it necessary to write a review outlining the unprofessional and terrible experience I had with All Makes Collision Center. First, Jim was recommended to me. My 1968 Dodge Charger was in an accident and needed repair and extensive body work. I dropped the car off and he kept the car for 3 months and no work was ever done. The car was never covered, so when it was picked up it had all kinds of dust and dirt on the exterior from the painting and grinding in his shop. The interior of the car also was full of dust and dirt because it was never covered up. There was a broken window that was unable to be rolled up, so you would think to avoid dirt and debris entering the interior through that broken windows they would have covered the open window area to avoid this! Jim first quoted $21,000 and then advised it would be $50,000. They also put a small dent in the right front Fender that was still in good condition after the accident. There was no dent when I left it at their shop. Jim continuously lied to me about parts he was supposedly getting and that it was taking longer than expected when in fact he never got any of the parts and was dishonest. Please be careful doing business with Jim's All Makes Collision, Tampa Florida. read more

Jim was amazing! He got my car back to me a lot quicker than I expected and went above and beyond when it came to the state he gave it back to me in, I will definitely be coming back to him if I need it. read more

I will start out by saying that Jim Brinkley is the most dishonest man I have ever met or had the extreme displeasure to work with. I bought a project car from Jim about 5 years ago. He asked for all the money up front. I liked him and trusted him. He promised me that the car came with all the parts to rebuild it "new and in the boxes. 5 years later I still have only gotten about 80% off them. I received the engine just a month ago. I had to ge a Lawyer to get that. He even tried to cheat me on that. It took so long that the project had to be abandoned. he has told me literally hundreds of lies over the last 5 years about where the parts are and when he is going to get them to me. After I purchased the car friends and people in the hobby contacted me and told me their horror stories. They told me "he will never give you what he promised" and they were right. His reputation in the area is horrible. As an example an engine he sold me he said was a 1969 COPO 427. Turns out it is not a 427. It is not a COPO motor nor is it a 1969 it is a 1973 454. Just an example. He simply cannot tell the Truth. For those of you with good experience's with him, I am happy for you, but I will also will tell you that Chris is the reason that he is still in business. He is honest, talented and a wonderful person. If you are working with an Insurance Company, they know who they are dealing with and will keep Jim honest. Do not do business with him outside of insurance. NEVER pay him till he is absolutely finished, and you are happy. Even with Insurance, if he tells you he has done something extra for your, he is probably lying. If he calls you "buddy" run for the hills. read more

Jim at All Makes Collision Center is one of a kind. My son's car was 78.8% totaled according to our insurance company. Jim fixed it up like a brand new car. He was easy to work with, communicated each step. He truly went above the call of duty with this car. Ordering reasonable priced parts vs brand new super expensive. I mentioned wanting to get new tires and he sourced them and put them on for me. Even detailing the car prior to my son picking it up. I will take all of my cars to Jim anytime to be fixed. He is now part of the family!!! read more

Best place ever!!! Best prices and the best staff. They really care about your best interest and the best way to help you as a customer. I needed to align the car and put it on their frame machine and within a day i had it done. The car has been perfect and I haven't had any problems with it ever since read more

Jim the owner definitely exceeded all of my expectations. He is an honest man, he made sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of. My car came Looks brand new and not only does it cosmetically look incredible, he also made sure that everything under the hood was running properly and fixed even the slightest of details for me. I'm so grateful to have found this place I will definitely recommend it to anybody who I come across. These are honest people! I highly recommend all makes collision center. read more

An HONEST REPAIR SHOP!? In an industry rife with "flim flam artists," this owner, Jim Brinkley, stands apart Although they specialize in excellent body work, his mechanical training and experience as a race car builder and driver contribute to his knowledge and skill set to get, and keep, your car running right. His prices are extremely competitive and he stands behind his work. As I have told him many times, the only thing wrong with his shop is that it's not on the South side of the Bay. His service is well worth the 40 mile trip I make to get repairs done RIGHT! read more

This business is the best car repair in the entire city. Not only are they the most reasonably priced establishment for my car repair but they use quality parts. The professionalism of this establishment is top tier and they aren't going to rip you off. If anything happens to your car I HIGHLY recommend going here! read more

If you are reading this review then you have found your collision shop. Seriously. I stumbled upon this shop and got a good vibe from the reviews as everyone was actually using the name of the guy who helped them - Jim! And they weren't wrong. From the second I arrived there, Jim was over the top fantastic with his customer service and help. I have never been in an accident before, so I didn't really know what I was doing. Jim helped me call my insurance company, and scheduled my rental car and even had someone pick me up and take me to get the rental. The insurance company wanted to total my car, but Jim was able to find a way to make it work. My job has long hours and I only have one weekday off. I was hoping my car would be ready that day so I could pick it up, but it took a little longer than expected thanks to waiting for the dealership to deliver one last small part. So the next day, Jim stayed after hours on his own time to wait for me to get off work and rush over there to get my car. In no way did he have to do that, but I am so grateful that he did. And now to my car. My car literally looks better than it ever has. It looks brand new, like I just purchased it yesterday. Jim went above and beyond, doing extra work to make my car perfect. He even detailed the entire interior. I feel like I just picked up a brand new car from the dealer. Jim made this experience the easiest and best car repair experience I think I could ever have. I will definitely be returning whenever I need anything with my car. If you are debating a shop to take your car to, take it here. You will not be disappointed. read more

They NEVER disappoint.. The moment you walk through the door and speak with Jim you know you chose the perfect shop for your repair. My car looks just like it did when it was new.. .. Trust the guys at All Makes collision!!! read more

Jim Brinkley was the man! I brought my car in after a fender bender and the side passenger mirror was broken. It took Jim about four and a half days to get the repairs done and that's only because the weather slowed him down. If it weren't for heavy rain all week my car would have been done within two and a half days. When I got it back, it looked even better than when I brought it in. Jim, you have a customer for life! read more

We took our Tacoma here after being rear ended. They did a fantastic job. It looks brand new again. Great communication and the job was done on time. They even took us to the car rental company to pick up our rental. I highly recommend All Makes Collision Center. read more

Jim at All Makes Collision not only saved my car after I was told she would be totaled (by a different car service company), but also got out sap stains that had accumulated over time at my old apartment complex (that I have paid people to try and remove) AND worked on a little ding in my car I've had for over a year at no extra cost. He completely detailed the interior and went above and beyond with his customer service. He took his time with my car and while I had to be patient, I couldn't be happier that I decided to get a second opinion before allowing the insurance company to total my car. Jim was so kind as I was in a frantic state rushing to get places. He even stayed late so I wouldn't have to wait the weekend before getting my car back. I couldn't be happier with the service I received today and for the past few weeks. He treated me like family while saving me literally THOUSANDS of dollars and kept me from having to purchase a new/used vehicle that would in no way measure up to my 2014 Ford Focus. I left his shop in happy tears as I was overwhelmed by his service and kind words. read more

Nestled amongst what's likely a questionable crop of various eateries is one of the most fair, helpful and honest auto body shops you can ask for. The owner Jim, who is as earnest as he is friendly, very plainly sticks to his aim of sincere and prompt service. It was clear, from the moment we met Jim, that he valued satisfying customers over giving them the proverbial runaround. He repaired my under-engine cover for a surprisingly low charge and even reattached the rubber hanging from my driver seat door completely as a courtesy. I'm sure if I had gone to a major chain shop like say.....a Firestone....I would've likely been charged an arm and a leg for something Jim and his crew fixed with efficiency, goodwill and a smile! read more

Brought in my son's Toyota to fix a broken mirror that the dealership wanted a ridiculous price to replace. That was done as well as some other body fixes for very fair price with quality that exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys - nice work! They even had the car washed when I picked it up. read more

Brought "Ruby", my red Corvette Convertible dream car, to All Makes after she got hit in the nose by some debris that flew off a lawn truck . Jim looked her over and explained what had to be done to repair the damage. I also had him look at some other minor dings to get fixed while he had her. He told my hubby and I that she would look beautiful when we picked her up. Jim kept us updated on the progress throughout the process and had her ready when promised. When I saw her she looked better than the day I got her. Thank You Jim so much for making "Ruby" look like new. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs body work. Thanks! read more

Truly disappointed with the quality of their work and service. About a year ago I had my roof repaired by this business. Unfortunately a leak occurred in the front and back of my car after they fixed the roof damage. I took the car back in and the leak was fixed in the back but the front continued leaking. I called again for about 2-3 weeks trying to schedule a time to bring my car in to get it fixed and they we're always busy. I told the owner I was going up to school and needed to get this leak fixed and he finally told me to bring it in. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in a day or two. Fast forward to Friday and the owner tells me that afternoon that my car will be ready on Monday. The only problem was that I told him I was leaving for college on sunday (This was the entire reason I was finally able to bring it in.) So he tells me it will be ready in an hour. Ok...? I pick it up and as I'm driving away he tells me to call him tomorrow if it still leaks. I'm almost sure no work was actually done to fix it. I spent another 2 weeks trying to get the car in for a fix and was told the person who would fix the leak was not responding. Since then the car has been sold (with the leak.) Overall this was a terrible experience. There seemed to be no pride in the quality of work done. There was no desire to fix a problem that THEY CAUSED. Avoid this place. read more
