They gave us the "carfax" (a different car report company that gives you the same amount of juicy details), negotiated for replacing a mirror in the car I ended up picking, stayed late to assist us in our decision, and followed up with us. This location does not have the classic car collection of Gulf to Bay- definitely more modern cars, some luxury, some muscle, some SUVs. But it was within my price range, after the trade in. The two cars I narrowed down to were both sellihg at their Kelley Blue Book value- what a wonderful surprise! They did not talk down to me as a woman, kept me in the loop, and were straight talkers. Bring me all those breakdown prices after shopping around and let see what I can do for you". A GOOD dealership doesn't do this. After purchase, I took mine for an oil change and inspection, and it turned out in great condition! They offer 3rd party warranties, and gap insurance, I only got the gap personally.
