    I saw these beautiful cars but my wife wanted a SUV. The guys at Carmax were willing to provide me a lot but not a key. They said that if the key isn't working he would give me a hand

    I went here to look for a car after I lost mine in the flood. They had some really nice cars, but I opened one car and it smelled really weird so I lifted up the floor mats and noticed it had water at the bottom. They had a "flood car" out there to sell. After seeing that I left because I couldn't see myself purchasing a car from a place like that.

I told him what was goingon with the vehice, he took the time to come out, checked out the vehicle and took the time to explain that they will do an total inspection on the car. i explained to him how much i spent last time and was not looking to spoend that amount this time around. Dave called later that day to explain to me what was totally wrong. he gave me the breakdown of what everything costed and my car was ready the same day. I felt at ease when going in this time around and knowing that the service wouldn't be expensive. I spoke to Sheila, Dave's Supervisor just to let her know what a well job he is doing and i was totally happy with my experience. Thank you Dave.

This was even confirmed by one of thier Service Managers that they do this frequently. HAVE A MECHANICAL ISSUE?? Don't go there!! If an obvious mechanical issue is not the problem, will keep vehicle for days and then come up with a nonsence remedy and try to charge you through the roof. BUY A NEW ORDERED VEHICLE? Better check it for all the components, they take stuff out of it like a Jack and other stuff before they get you to sign off on it. SCAM DEALER!!

Anyway, after a couple of furtive…read moreepisodes since my dear Queen Bee's car was hit by one of their (now ex-) mechanics, I walked in for my Athena car's regular oil change. Lo and behold Mike Bennett has returned to the dealership after the last two plus years away from the fold. As had previously been the case, Mike is totally on top of things and as detail oriented as it gets. All I can say is that Tasca is very lucky to have such a hard worker...One small example is when he asked whether I was gonna wait for my car or no. He then went quickly thru the advantage and disadvantage of both. While I already knew I was not going to wait, these small details are what made Dick Norris a great dealership for keeping my Athena car up and running. It continues now with the Tasca name and so long as the rest of this dealership keeps it going in the same direction...uh: I find myself happy yet simultaneously shocked to offer kudos and praise to a car dealership. Meanwhile, here is where I bought my Athena car brand new a few years back (thanks to Mickey). Here continues to be where I have her taken care of too...and that's that.

A cashiers checked, and a draft check are very different. I've got the BBB is on speed dial. Who is anyone to tell you how your legal tender must arrive and to be able to decline a payment. The smug F&I manager held his ground while the young salesman lost a sale.
