I would give zero stars if that were an option. There were no issues with my vehicle when I brought…read moreit in for an oil change. While servicing, the tech rolled down my window and couldn't get it to roll back up. They manually pushed it up and acted like it was no big deal, but while driving it started to fall back down and will not close. They now want to charge me over $600 to fix an issue that they created, and unwilling to offer any discount or consideration. Fiat has a known issue with window regulator and I have already had to have this part replaced on multiple occasions, always at the dealership, to the point where I never roll my window down because this can happen. When I brought the vehicle back to address the window, the person completing intake also mentioned this is a known issue and he would never roll down the window of a fiat. If this is a known issue, why did they roll down the window and then refuse accountability for their actions? I was told due to tight quarters the have to roll down the window to ensure they get it onto the lift with no issues, but this was the passenger window and clearly there are ways around this - have someone watch from the outside. They knew this is an issue and did it anyway. Guess they were looking for a reason to find something to charge for. I had already prepaid for next year's oil changes but will not be returning despite their refusal to refund this as well.

As a former employee in the automotive industry, I have really high expectations from dealers. Our entire experience at Lexus of Clearwater was OUTSTANDING! It really exceeded our expectations. We have purchased many other luxury brands, such as BMW, Audi, and Acura, and have never had a comparable experience. This was our first Lexus purchase, and we are very impressed with the VIP treatment received. Sean Moore, Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Sean made us feel comfortable through the process. He really went the extra mile at delivery to ensure that Lexus Enform was activated and took the time to go over additional features and controls. Tyler Newman, Sales Manager, provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Renee Miley, Finance Manager, was pleasant and personable. She took the time to explain all of the financing options -lease v purchase and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best rate available. Renee reviewed all of the available warranty options with us in length and suggested ones that she thought we would benefit from. We highly recommend Lexus of Clearwater!

My wife and I recently took one of our older Lexus vehicles in for a multi-point inspection. I…read moreneeded to know whether the transmission issue was the only problem with the car and whether it was worth putting more money into my baby so I could drive it for another 3-4 years, or whether we should cut our losses and trade it in or sell it and purchase a new Lexus. I was told by the service representative that a master technician would inspect my Lexus. Two days later, we received a video from the master technician and a call from the service representative. We were told that we needed a remanufactured transmission, a front wheel bearing, rear brake pads, and new tires. However, everything else looked great, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. We authorized the repairs based solely on this very important information. However, the estimate increased by a few hundred dollars from the original estimate because of a mistake in the service representative's calculations. He was honest about the mistake. We were not happy about it, but we still decided to move forward with the repairs. A few days later, we received another call from the service representative, thinking our beautiful Lexus was finally repaired. No. We received another video showing the car on a lift, and now we were told that there was structural rust underneath the jack-point area. Rust material was all over the garage floor. The rusted areas were in plain sight. I told the service representative that this car was never on a lift and that it clearly had never received a complete multi-point inspection. He agreed and did not charge us for the inspection. At that point, we stopped all repairs and had the Lexus towed back home later. This left us wondering: What else was wrong with our Lexus? Suspension? Exhaust? Something else that had not been discovered? A few days later, we went back to the dealership to pick up our Lexus and the keys. We were not given an inspection report. In fact, we were not given any paperwork until we specifically asked for it. We asked to speak with the Service Manager. After waiting about 25 minutes, we were able to speak with Nick. We explained the entire situation to him, and there was nothing--no apology, no explanation, nothing. He barely said two words to us. What a waste of time. So now we are actively looking for a new Lexus. Trust me, we would rather drive farther to Lexus of Wesley Chapel--or any other Lexus dealership--than ever step foot in Lexus of Clearwater again!

With my detailed description of the symptoms, make, model, and year, he was able to text me a quote within a few minutes. A few minutes after that, he texted me links to the needed parts and an updated price, should I wish to buy the parts myself and pay him for labor only. That helped me save money, which is always appreciated! As this is his specialty, I did not need to take my car to him or schedule an appointment to get a quote. He came to me to verify the extra work I needed done. I ordered the parts that night. He stayed in touch while we waited for Amazon and UPS to deliver. The morning after the parts arrived, it only took him about an hour to replace both of my front power window regulator/motor assemblies and my inside door handle (which was also broken). I would recommend him to anyone needing help with diagnosing and repairing their power window motor/regulator. I found him on his YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/powerupauto.
