Beautiful work, great service, highly recommended! Family owned and operated, same faces everytime

My driver Bobby was extremely rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional, creepy and made my wife very extremely uncomfortable. He needs to learn how to speak to people, if he's going to be in customer service industry. My suggestion get another tow company or another driver. read more

I have used this shop for years. They always do excellent work. Friendly staff and good rates.

On April 23rd my ninety-year-old mother got a flat while driving to the airport on 275 at 6pm. After numerous calls and a couple of hours of my mom waiting on the shoulder of 275 to get someone out there to help her, I got a call from Ray at Franks Auto body. Ray went above and beyond to help my mom get back to Sarasota safe and sound. I cannot thank Ray and Franks enough for the above and beyond service we received from them. If you ever need car servive in the Tampa area call Franks first. I wish I did. it will be the only call you need to make. Thanks again and God bless Ray. read more

We called AAA when our vehicle's water pump went out. They dispatched tow truck driver, Raymond, from Frank's Body Shop. He showed up within 45 minutes, was friendly, professional, and treated our vehicle with care. We were very pleased with our experience and the service Raymond provided. read more

John was great! If the rest of the crew is the same, we're all in luck. Got in fender bender in my old Toyota - car's too old for a whole fender assembly. John just grabbed a large screw driver, crawled under the car, pried, banged around, and in a few minutes plunked the dent out. "How much do you want?" "Nothing." Are you kidding?? Guy's not even my brother in law! Well, nobody should work for free... but to make the offer, that's as nice as you can get. Thanks, John! read more

Ok so let me start off saying John was very professional and very friendly. Unfortunately these people couldn't help me due to the time frame I needed my car done but I will say I went to 6 different shops today and Frank's had the best prices. If you guys want to get body work done on your car and not get violated go to Frank's I'm kinda frustrated that I couldn't use them but I do recommend others to do so read more

John (the owner - Frank's son) and his crew did a fantastic job...again. Recommended by friends and family, I've had to use this body shop twice within the past six months - I know, but the last one wasn't my fault. The vehicle looks absolutely brand new! We couldn't be more satisfied. Don't believe me?...look at these before and after pics. Thanks read more

Tow truck drivers do not care about motorcyclist lives. Last night their flatbed driver decided to pull out infront of me and block all lanes of travel as I was passing spring Ave next to their shop, less than 200 feet. The driver acknowledged that I was behind him and claimed his lights made him able to do what he wanted, even if it involves taking your life. read more

The short one word review BOYCOTT! The long version: They towed my truck lost my key it's gonna cost me a $150 to replace, they left the vehicle unlocked where they dropped it off at it, it also had credit cards cash inside! Even if it had nothing inside they left it unlocked! I suggest every other company besides this one! read more

Frank's Body Shop - This is the duh maybe it fell behind the tire where they said key was left. Liers - Body Shops Near Me - Clearwater, Florida

Alan arrived very promptly when I called AAA road service. He was very careful, professional, kind. He was very knowledgeable about utilizing his tow truck equipment for my unusual road service request for help after a sign got wedged under my car. Highly recommend this company for rescuing me and my vehicle. Much gratitude Alan!! read more

This is a long overdue review but a while back my gear stick completely broke and I had to call for a tow. I remember being so annoyed that my car was no longer drivable. Chris was the man who arrived to to my car. He was absolutely wonderful and professional. He was able to tow it quickly and was very pleasant and kind. Thank you Chris for making a rough day a little bit brighter!!!! :) read more

My entire front windshield was smashed in along with my fender and some more damage along the roof of my Pontiac. Frank returned my car looking as if there was never any damage to begin with and for the best price compared to other shops i looked at in St. Pete, 10/10 service. Would go back. read more

Highly recommend. My experience was top- notch from start to finish. Thanks to everyone at Franks!

Excellent work and very reasonable price Frank and John gave to get the driver bumper back to new on my Eddy Bauer Expedition and in good time. Very nice and professional. I highly recommend Frank's Auto Body for your body work needs. I am very happy with the work and would definitely come back! Thank you, Frank and John! read more

I just recently had Frank's do some repair and paint work on my daughter's Buick century. They did an outstanding job. However, I noticed that they also went the extra mile to fix some little things that they did not have to do. If you want your work done by some honest folks who really care, use Frank's! By the way, they are also appreciative of our veterans! read more

My vehicle was towed by & to this facility as a total loss from the accident scene. When I went to this place to remove my personal belongings, I noticed my personal items inside the vehicle had been gone through and some stuff was missing. read more

My regular mechanic Jim Hobson in Seminole recommended Frank's Body Shop to me as a dependable, reliable and honest place to take my vintage Sebring convertible for some body work and paint. Jim was so right! When I arrived at the Clearwater establishment, owner Frank called son and co-owner John to come to the front and help me with a free estimate. What happened next after a moment's wait was truly remarkable! John cordially introduced himself to me and we walked to the car. I explained the problem and he immediately began realigning and refastening the troublesome front bumper while explaining to me and showing me exactly what he would do to permanently fix the bodywork issue. His estimate was well below what I expected it to be and we set up an appt. for early in the coming week. The expertly completed work was done exactly as shown to me by John on my first visit... I am extremely pleased and happy to highly recommend Frank and John's establishment. They treated me and my sweet old Sebring very well! When you visit, tell them Willard G. sent you. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!! They were dispatched by AAA but refused to tow the car where I requested. They lied to me, AAA and were incredibly rude to both my insurance adjuster and me. They then held the car to ransom. They should NOT be AAA endorsed. A sleazy operation. read more

I was stranded with a flat tire on US 19 during rush hour. Frank's sent a tow truck driver who was not only a gentleman, but the consummate professional. He was personable, kind, and did everything efficiently. I could not have asked for better service. read more

My wife's car got rear ended a couple months ago. The back of her car was really damaged bad. It is a convertible so we were sure the operating system was also damaged. The police officer at the scene recommended Frank's and we trusted his judgement. It took awhile to be completed, but when we picked up the car it was like brand new! We highly recommend Frank's and we will surely take our cars to him again if we need work. read more

They are a AAA authorized towing outfit. I requested the tow via AAA, and Mike came within a half hour or so. He was however very irate and unprofessional, screaming and yelling at me, because he had been given the wrong phone number by the office. Consequently he could not find me and was very annoyed - he did not stop ranting for a couple of minutes although I apologized repeatedly to him (even though I ascertained that AAA had given them the right phone number). Mike subsequently left when we told him our antique van (that had dry rotted tires) needed to be on a flatbed and not towed behind his truck as the tires might fail. They then had another driver, Mikey, came instead. Mikey who has been on the job for 42 years, was very professional and knew exactly how to handle our Vanagon van. We were hooked up on Mikey's flatbed and all ready to be towed in about five minutes. Mikey is great and knows what he is doing! read more
