He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop.
