Rio, where I another expensive repair done, was between the highest and lowest estimate. After discussing the issue with Richard, the owner of Rio, I decided to have him do the work. The car drives as new and I get to keep the best car I have ever had and , hopefully, be able to drive and enjoy it for several more years. They had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. They are horrendous people who have no clue how to run a business. They say I didn't give her the claim information for the second claim but a claim adjuster called me, asked for my recorded statement, so I know they had a claim number somewhere because I didn't call them. Don't take your car here if you want it fixed properly.

Yes, I work here. But I've always been pickey about who I work for. I left a job, because I did not want to be associated with the company. AutoNation, both this location and the one north of here, they do quality work and stand by their work. If something was not to a customer's liking, they've addressed and do it professionally.
