Rex's workmanship is subpar and overpriced. He was caught stealing from my insurance company after…read morehis second payment supplement request. That is insurance fraud! He sent me a text message that he has a check for me after he got caught so I told him to mail it, and he never responded. I called a week later, and he is refusing to mail it due to a paper trail. Had no problem texting me that he has a check but had no intention on telling me he wasn't going to mail it until I called. He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop. Rex has better lawyer up because he is going to be shocked when he gets his subpoena and has no pants left to wear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My finance and I priced out the parts at retail and they were no where near what they wanted to charge! I had the car towed to another mechanic who did the work for $2,000 less!!!!!!!!! I couldn't wait to get my car away from this business and not have to deal with the hostile, rude, unprofessional people there. Holly even stated "you think I'm trying to rip you off." As they say, there is a bit of truth in the words we say. Terrible communication directly (mostly Spanish speaking) and with each other, obviously. I will NEVER give them any business and will tell everyone to steer clear of this place. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place to someone who gives a crap and can provide a great customer experience with fair pricing. Also, there is no where to wait, sit, etc. You are stuck waiting outside in the heat. Just another reason to take your business to a professional mechanic.

I would strongly caution anyone considering having their vehicle repaired here to document…read moreabsolutely everything. My vehicle was originally accepted for repair when the mechanic I was dealing with, who identified himself to me as "Seno," was operating from an actual garage/shop location. My van has now been in his possession for approximately three months, and during that time I have experienced repeated delays, missed completion dates, and changing timelines. I have already paid approximately $2,000, and I was later told the vehicle needed additional major repairs costing thousands more. Meanwhile, the vehicle remained dismantled for an extended period. The operation also moved from the original garage area to a nearby parking-lot setting while my vehicle was still being repaired. During visits, I personally observed liquor/alcohol containers around the area where my dismantled vehicle was being kept, and on one occasion a shop phone was left underneath the hood of my vehicle. Those circumstances significantly increased my concerns about how my vehicle was being handled. Most recently, I was specifically told my vehicle would be completed by a certain date, and that date passed without the vehicle being returned to me as promised. Because of the length of time, repeated missed deadlines, condition/circumstances surrounding my vehicle, and the amount of money already paid, I have filed complaints with Florida FDACS and Pinellas County Consumer Protection. I have also made it clear that I will not authorize or pay additional charges and that I intend to have the vehicle independently inspected before accepting the repairs as satisfactory. This review reflects my personal experience and observations. I will update it if and when my vehicle is actually returned and independently inspected.
