Rio, where I another expensive repair done, was between the highest and lowest estimate. After discussing the issue with Richard, the owner of Rio, I decided to have him do the work. First it took them 28 days to fix my car. I picked it up on Friday on the home my car over heated. So I it back on Monday it took 3 more days to fix. Then I found out that they used junk yard parts to fix my car. Then a couple of months later same problem again over heated now the lifetime parts over heated again. And caused my head gasket to blow but three months later the lifetime junk they installed isn't covered. I thought lifetime was longer then 3 months. Total lirers . They had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. They are horrendous people who have no clue how to run a business. They say I didn't give her the claim information for the second claim but a claim adjuster called me, asked for my recorded statement, so I know they had a claim number somewhere because I didn't call them. Don't take your car here if you want it fixed properly.
