This place is absolutely wonderful! As a single mom, having car trouble can be incredibly stressful, especially when you're worried about the cost and whether you're being given honest advice. Klaus has always provided me with exceptional service, and every person I've dealt with has been honest, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Not once have I ever felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or recommend something I didn't actually need. They take the time to explain what's going on, answer my questions, and make what could be a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I recommend Klaus 100 times over! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Finding an honest, trustworthy, and caring auto shop is priceless, and I'm so grateful to have found them. Highly, highly recommend! read more

WELL THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! I took my 2019 Toyota Tacoma into this shop with numerous scratches that were bothering me for quite some time. In a day and a half the vehicle was returned in pristine condition. I was totally amazed at the perfect work they had done. They also cleaned the "fogged up" headlights and replaced the "fogged up" Toyota emblem at a discounted price. This was my second visit to KLAUSE body shop. A year ago I took my truck there for dents and scrapes from a hit and run parking lot incident. I was so impressed by their work I made a decision that this would be my "to go" body shop. On my first visit I got estimates from two other body shops and KLAUSE beat them out. Their professionalism, expertise and time efficient management has made me a trustworthy customer for years to come. read more

I brought my high-end sports car to Klaus Body Shop for repair and paint to address minor scrapes on the underside of the front bumper, as well as to install a bracket on the underside of the rear bumper that had been damaged in transport. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of professional standards from start to finish: Communication & Delays: After the promised completion date passed, I received no proactive updates and had to make multiple calls just to check the status of my vehicle. New Damage Upon Delivery: Upon arrival to pick up the car, I discovered that their shop lift had damaged both undersides of the front bumper--turning a one-sided repair into brand-new damage. This was done without their staff notifying me prior to my arrival. Failed Rear Bumper Repair: The rear bumper repair had not been completed properly. Instead, it was covered in black marks from an attempted fix. When I brought this to the owner's attention, her response was extremely defensive and unprofessional. Improvised Fixes Causing More Damage: They attempted to clean the black marks off the rear bumper using a chemical-soaked red rag, which visibly stained my white car red. Ongoing Quality Issues: We are now six months past the initial repair date, and the entire paint job is actively peeling off. Because of this defective paint adherence, the Paint Protection Film (PPF) applied over it has failed, resulting in a significant out-of-pocket financial loss to replace both the previous and new PPF. Given the poor craftsmanship, lack of transparency regarding shop-inflicted damage, and unprofessional management, I strongly advise anyone--especially owners of high-end vehicles--to take their business elsewhere. read more

After being rear headed we needed to get the bumper and trunk door fixed. The team took care of us and it looks better than when I bought it. I recommend them. read more

Klaus Body Shop has done it again! Another exceptional experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first time needing their expertise--but that's exactly why I trust them. Every visit, they deliver quality work, honest communication, and true professionalism. They make a stressful situation so much easier, and my car always comes back looking brand new. Highly recommend Klaus Body Shop for anyone who wants reliable, top-tier service done right the first time. read more

Basically, all four sides of my Avalon needed replacement, especially the front end. The shop was easy to work with, until they hit a snag with getting parts and their stories kept changing. So the five-day job took 13 business days. But the car was restored beautifully. They also worked with me on price! read more

Not managed very well. Had my car over a week for a damaged bumper. Wouldn't return phone calls. The experience was kind of stressful so I'm glad it's done. read more

They will let your car just sit there and waste your time. Awful communication. Can't get anyone to ever call you back if they answer in the first place. They don't have a clue and are so rude. read more

I arrived in FL with serious damage to my 2018 Tiguan & was referred to Klaus Body Shop by parents. Made an appointment with Brian to bring my wreck in & upon arrival walked in & knew I was in good hands. Work was thoughtful and thorough. No hassle with the insurance and very pleased with the work! read more

This place is absolutely awful! Literally had to call the sheriffs department to get my fathers car after the owner screamed at then shoved me for taking a picture of the front bumper to sent to my dad. Beware! read more

This business doesn't know what customer service. Multiple times I had called and was told they would get right back with me only to not return the calls. My car was in the shop, I called to check status as I was told it would be ready on Friday (this is Monday) and, again, I'm told "Ill call you right back after I find out if it's ready". An hour and a half and no word, so I call back. "Oh, it's ready and heading into the car wash - will be ready in 30 minutes." I said, but you close in 2 minutes? Even though their info line on their phone system says they close at 5:30, not 5:00, which is what she's telling me. I said. I'll pick it up first thing tomorrow morning. I get here and they say, oh, the car needs to be washed. Yes, they did not wash it the night before like I was told. So. I have now waited 40 minutes for my car to be washed! read more

They did a great job on my bumper I can't even tell anything happened! Totally recommend!

I recently had need of a repair for my new car. A pick up truck had scraped the bumper while I was parked. Klaus Body Shop was recommended by the driver's insurance company, State Farm Insurance. The owner, Michael Norman, did a great job in repairing the scrape and the matched the paint perfectly. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach and his follow through. My car was ready when promised and was washed and ready for pick up. Michael's staff did a great job and he made the whole experience much more pleasant than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend Klaus Body Shop for any auto repair work. Audrey Raley read more

As a younger female, I'm always nervous I'm going to be ripped off by car places. The owner was straight up with me about price, didn't dupe me or string me around. My car was done even sooner than he said, and it was $10 less than the original quote!!!!! Good, honest people!!!!!!!! So very appreciative of this in these crazy times. Thank you so much!!!! read more

Owner tried to charge me 650 to remove a dent out of rear bumper. I met convicts with more business ethics than that. Went to scratches n' dents and Bryan remove it for $ 20. Simple job just a heat gun and hands pushing plastic. Moral to story this guy (owner of klaus)tried to get me for 650 for something I paid $ 20 for. I'm a native new Yorker the dude thought he was gonna hustle a hustler. I've seen them all and he's up there. Don't trust this doughbag or you'll get robbed flat and simple. read more

First let me say I have been in and worked in shops for years and this had to be the cleanest. When people say you can eat off the floor, this is the kind of place they are talking about. Turn around time was extremely fast it wasn't even 24 hours and the car looks like new. Not only was the car washed but it looks like it even got a wax. I didn't even have to deal with the car rental they handled all of it. I would recommend this place to anyone you would be crazy to go anywhere else. read more

Probably the best run body shop I've ever used. Incredibly clean and organized. The estimate I got for my bumper was about in the middle of 3 (not the highest not the lowest) but I'm suspicious of body shops that appear poorly managed and disorganized-looking. Mr. Norman was very straight forward and helped me understand the difference between cut-rate work and the way that they do things at Klaus Body Shop. If you're looking to go cheap and try to grind out the lowest price don't go here. I definitely can recommend them! read more

It is such a pleasure to deal with an auto body shop that takes pride in their workmanship. They just buffed and waxed my recently-purchased used car. Very happy with the job, happy with the price, happy with the scheduling, happy that it was done on time, and happy that they gave me a ride to and from my nearby workplace. Mostly, I'm happy with the quality of work. Dealt predominantly with Michael, the owner (prefers 'Michael', not Mike). read more

I have never had worst service or been treated this bad as a customer don't waste your time going here like I wasted mine and got no results for something that was supposed to take one day dragged on for almost 2 weeks and left my lawyer and the insurance company wondering what the hell was going on and why the car was there for so long and couldn't even get a call back unless it was my lawyer or the insurance company I regret calling this place or going there don't do it stay away very unprofessional if you go there you will get ripped off and lied to don't take the chance call around first make this your never going there option you've been warned and good luck read more

After having a fender bender and not knowing where to go that was very dependable and did top quality work I asked my neighbor and he said Klaus body shop..I have a newer mustang and am very picky so I went there for an estimate and met the owner Michael and was amazed how clean everything was and how easy he made the process. He lined me up with a rental car and took excellent care of me and my car..The work done was excellent and my car was even cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up..I would highly recommend them and if the need arises I wouldn't hesitate to return excellent work read more

I would never take another vehicle there. Mine was in the shop for a a long time and when I got it back there were streaks and areas that they somehow didn't paint. Overall just an awful job and an injustice to me, my car and my insurance company. read more

Very professional people, meticulous craftmanship. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest and best organized repair facility that I've ever visited. I couldn't be more pleased with the repair work they did on our Murano, or the way that we were handled. read more

I took my 2009 Dodge Ram in to have the Top painted as it was fading. I considered going to the dealer to have it painted but was told they do great work at Klaus, it was more money than the dealer but I went ahead and let them paint it. What a mistake that was. When I got the truck back the first time the paint was full of big runs in the paint, I could of done a better job than that, the owner tried to blame it on the painter and said he fired the painter, so I took the truck back to let them repaint it, got the truck back and you could see through the clearcoat where there was sanding dust and my plastic window vent was broken. Took it back for the third time and they replaced the window vent's but you could see gouges in the paint where the pried the old window vents off with a screwdriver or something and they said they couldn't get the fish eyes out of the paint because the carwash across the street uses silicone in the wash and it was blowing across the street onto the cars. I was told to take the truck home and bring it back in three weeks, I guess to let the silicone evaporate or something. I just picked it up after waiting three weeks the gouges are still in the paint they just tried to buff them out and the top still looks like crap. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I have to agree with another reviewer, super clean shop. When I went to Klaus, I expected to be told my mother in laws SUV needed a new bumper cover, and other expensive parts to get the vehicle looking new again . Klaus told us why spend money on a new bumper cover, when he and his guys would fix the damage and having it look just as good as new. I told him, go ahead. He promised the SUV back by Friday morning, now this was Wednesday late afternoon when we went in. He had a very nice lady employee give us a ride home. Friday the SUV was done, it looked awesome. I didn't expect it to be such high quailty work. I expected to see a little wave or a small imperfection or a fisheye in the paint, something I could see and write off as an ok body shop or a small job they didn't care about. That wasn't the case, my mother in laws rear bumper was perfect. The cost was a third of what I had planned on paying originally when we thought a body shop would quote us for a new bumper cover, paint, labor all the build in extras some place do to you. As you can tell from my review Im more than pleased with Klaus body shop. There are a couple of other positive comments I would like to share. Our first contact with Klaus, he gave my mother in law 69 yrs old his full attention. Another customer walked in while we were there. He told the man I'll help you after I finish with these folks. No interuptions, no let me see what he needs. Klaus treated us like we were an important customer, even though our damage quote was no we're near large enough to make, what a businessman would call a good day. Again I was very impressed with how we were treated. A very honest man, who trated us like gold, who delivered on his promise and fatastic work What more could you ask for. Claus body shop. I'm sure we will be back read more
